York Clifton Moor had 7 Cyberpacks but no HWD or shelf sticker and plenty of 15 TARDIS and Eve of packs.

September 26th, 2025 - 1:42pmThe distribution of these sets in the South is utterly rubbish. We loose out almost every time. I get that the main warehouse is in the North but it’s not like these sets are being shipped from overseas! I am bored of going into a shop I don’t really want to go in to in the first place to find nothing every time I go in. Not scalpers or people clearing the shelves as they are just not there. Why hasn’t B&M changed its distribution on these sets over the years? Are they not aware of how bad it is? Do they not want to make maximum profit on these sets? Or are they happy for stock to be reduced to a £1 as with the Revelation set? It makes no sense. I am still waiting on the Eve of Dalek set to come in!!!!!! I also have people checking the stores in Reading and Salisbury. The day this line finally ends will be a happy day as it’s just so much hassle and disappointment. Lovely for those who can just walk into store and be greeted with stacks of the sets and then those stores getting restocked but for the South it’s rubbish. I am not paying someone on eBay more money for a set that I should be able to easily pick up in a store. Am loosing interest in the range and considering the Eve sets started to be found in stores from 10th August and it’s now the 26th September I feel this is, at the very least, just very poor business.

I will not be upset on the day when B&M no longer have Dr Who exclusive sets. It is so infuriating every year to go through this pantomime of watching, reading forums and driving round stores where their business set up and staff are just not geared up for a niche collector set.

September 26th, 2025 - 2:54pmThe B and M sets stopped being an essential rush for me after they ended the occasional new retooling and those companion sets. I can usually pick these up at some point but not something i get excited about anymore. I can take em or leave them. At least the character online exclusives do add something new.

The distribution and rushing around to find stuff that should be relatively easy to find causes unnecessary stress and I am loathe to pay exorbitant prices on eBay. Their business model unfortunately plays into the hands of the scalpers. I am based in North East and can confirm that the issues aren’t only confined to the south as I am struggling to find the Remembrance Dalek set #20 anywhere. Very frustrating.

September 27th, 2025 - 3:22pmThese sets HAVE popped up throughout the south, it’s just about luck whenever you go in unfortunately, a b and m near me had the tardis sets, 3 days later they’re gone and the price tag on the shelf was also removed so it would’ve appeared they were never there, they should all be rolled out the same time really but saying you don’t like the b and m doing doctor who sets is harsh, without them we wouldn’t have had any new figures for a while so have to be grateful really

I drove down earlier, only to see a ‘scalper’ walking out with arms full off figure sets. Luckily they left one HotD set #20 for me. Not sure if they have more but I had the last HotD set.
