Technically, if you produce a Winston Churchill figure it would have to look like Winston Churchill, not the actor who played him so there wouldn’t be much point. That’s probably why we have had no figures of historical people in the past. It basically boils down to the fact that they are actual people that lived, not made up characters.
regretfully that may stop us getting a van gogh figure as well
