Why is Eric Roberts on the cover twice?

Presume it’s because they are sticking to the known actors rather than production people.

The cover on Amazon makes sense as the mcgann interview is brand new and I believe covers night of the doctor.

I mean. I am surprised they didn’t get the big finish companions to do interviews!

So an Oscar winning actor isn’t good enough then?

Eric Robert’s was nominated for an oscar, he didn’t win that but his list of wins in other awards is impressive. Mcgann is also an award winning actor. Amazing how people can complain about anything.

It’s just. A very very minor complaint. I had no idea Eric Roberts or Paul McGann had award nominations or wins. Yes. This set is very nice selection interviews but as with the McCoy one had Lisa Bowermen (and using a photo as Bernice Summerfield) they would include expanded stuff. That is all, it’s a good set

Yes but lisa bowerman starred in survival which is the main reason she is included. I think sometimes people over estimate big finish’s importance. For those who listen to them they are important but there is a far greater percentage of fans who don’t listen to them. I’m not knocking them, I used to get them but stopped 7 years ago, I have friends who buy them and friends who’ve never bought them. You just have to remember that the number of fans who buy is outweighed by the number of fans who don’t. Most fans who buy these DVDs are buying them due to the DVD who range so an interview with India Fisher say whilst interesting to those who know her character will leave a larger proportion of buyers confused.

Is this going to contain the “bidding Adieu” interviews and footage?

I mean. The Paul McGann Years?
I never knew May 1996 counted as years

Don’t think it does feature bidding adieu. It’s six separate interviews with cast and production of the 1996 TV movie. And yes, it does count as the mcgann years as the solo 1996 movie is the only TV material featuring the doctor between 1996-2005 when eccleston took over from mcgann as the “current” doctor. In the same way that McCoy was the “current” doctor from 1987-1996

    Superb!

I bought a signed dvd of Daphne Ashbrook in the UK many years ago. She’s a natural at this type of thing.
