March 12th, 2013 - 5:21pmYes you will get the get the greatest monsters and characters from the first 50 years of the show (so says the strap line and on the website), so it will cover the entire classic series.
I think it is easier for them, to cover the new series while they test the series, whilst they work out how to do classic series perhaps.

March 12th, 2013 - 5:29pmthere could well be at least 100 issues as there many characters and monsters they could cover which people will want, not to mention loads of special editions so they can cover more
To limit the number of issues I can see them perhaps only doing one version of a monster (but not for D and C)e.g.for Silurians doing just the new series version, or doing the new series version and one classic series version. Whilst I would like them to do more then one version I would be happy if they only did one version so we we could get other monsters instead
