I wish they would come up with a set with lots of different figures:

    Wish List:

Clockwork Robot (purple, black or new colour)
Weeping Angel (screaming, brown or normal)
    Supreme Dalek
    New: Whisperman
    Auton (different clothes)
Peg Doll (with dress, blue or red)
    Heavenly Host (with halo)
    Bannakaffalata

I would also love a re-release of the gelth or vespiform collect and build figures
Hope they do that in the future

Id take all of that, one thing though, i’ve always found the blue clockwork robot to be rarer than the black one

These sets are, overall, so much better than the last ones and I want them so badly. I do thnk it’s odd that the monsters set is two Troughton-era figures and a Baker one. Then again, the only other Troughton-era villain is a Dalek and that would’ve made the set far more expensive. As well, the only other humanoid 60’s villain is a Roboman and with no other Dalek-related figure in the set, putting that in seems a bit weird.
By the far the weakest of the three sets is the 10th Doctor one. Partly because they did a Tennant set last time. Which wouldn’t be such a problem if it didn’t suffer from the same thing which is the figure selection is totally random, or at least seems that way. The last one could easily have been a Series 2 set but they felt the need to put in a blue-suit Tennant and some Adipose. This set is similar. It could easily have been a Series 2 set if they’d swapped out the Vashta Nerada figure for an Ood or the Hoix or a Clockwork Robot. Or could have been a Rise of the Cybermen set by swapping it out for a Cyber Leader or Cyber Controller. Or it could have been a Series 4 set if they’d swapped the Cyberman out for Ood Sigma or a Sontaran or a Hath. This might have been the better option considering there was a Cyberman in last year’s set (admittedly it had a wrist blaster and didn’t come with the gun, but still).
Also, I just want a new Tennant sculpt without bruises or glasses. I know it’s unlikely, but I can dream.

I can’t answer that, but St Neots does, which is not a million miles away. They had some of each, but not loads.

Which set is least likely to sell out/ most likely to remain in stores for some time, i just might not be able to afford these all at once but need all nine figures.

    • Anonymous

      July 17th, 2016 - 9:00pm

Ebay sellers are quick to overprice them, i remember within a week of the last lot materialising, some ebay sellers were asking like £30-£40

    • booboo

      July 17th, 2016 - 9:07pm

there business model relies on getting people in-store, that’s why the price of these are so reasonable
