Doctor Who Monster Invasion Extreme is the second set and contains 180 new cards featuring all the latest monsters, characters and adventures from the series, and includes a new and truly terrifying lenticular infinite card.
This brings a combined total of 345 cards.
There will also be an official Doctor autograph card which comes free with issue 11 and an official Amy autograph card which is only available to subscribers who opt in to buy one (very limited edition, only about 5,000 being made)
Its launch coincides with issue 11 on sale 28 September 2011. Further images will be available on that date.
The second collectors tin contains five packs of brand-new Doctor Who Monster Invasion Extreme cards and comes with an exclusive official autograph card featuring Rory’s signature by Arthur Darvill (pictured).

September 4th, 2011 - 9:23pmSilencewillfall21. I’m exactly the same, but to be astroanut and skeltal master are the hardest to find. Skeletal master was the last ultra I got and I got it on wednesday, it was hard. My conclusion is that it is hard to get ultra rare villain cards.

September 4th, 2011 - 7:36pmThey started their subscription on issue 9 so their “early” issue is number 10 (and will probablly be the even numbered ones rather than the odd ones).
If you start on an odd numbered ones like issue 9 then you would get the even ones early I would presume. The only exception would be issue 1 which went out on a delivery by itself, everything else went in deliveries of two.
Start on an even number then you should get an odd early.

rory comes free in the tin and the doctor comes free in issue 11. There are going to be loads of copies of the magazine and loads of the tins. So, there are going to be more than 5000 doctor and rory cards available.

September 4th, 2011 - 3:52pmThat’s not quite what I meant. I got to 155 before real problems started, what I was saying is that the doubler rates start increasing dramatically at that point.
I’m now two away from completing the set and have reached the point where even finding a true “doubler” is hard. Most are “quadruplers” and “quintruplers”.

September 4th, 2011 - 4:11pmI have an idea about how to find out what number Ood Sigma is, does it show what the Ally number is? It will say “XX/YY”. From that we can work out what the new number is as the last new Villain card is 203.
It should be between 37 and 46.
