Club Exclusive?
In the 1968 story “The Mind Robber”, a malfunction sends the TARDIS into another dimension. The Second Doctor follows Jamie and Zoe out into a void, where everything including the TARDIS is white. The production team built a special, simplifi ed TARDIS prop for this story, which was only used in the first episode.
The model is 1:21 scale to match the Eaglemoss figurines and stands 12.9 cm tall.

October 15th, 2025 - 12:26pmI’ve just received another email from Zaavi apologising that my TARDIS’ order hasn’t been dispatched yet and they are handling this as a matter or urgency and will deliver the order as soon as possible.
Checked Master Replicas website which just shows them as pre-order and due to ship in September but doesn’t mention which year 😉

I had the same reply from Zavvi.
I did email customer service at Master Replicas to ascertain any possible dispatch dates for their Tardis models – that was over a week ago and am still awaiting a reply.
I guess it’s a waiting game and to be honest, I think I will take a chance and wait to see if Zavvi do get them in stock.
I managed to purchase the previous Tardis models on a well known auction site – not unreasonable and that might be another option.
The pre-orders are often a “wait and see” but I agree September which year!

I ordered this last month from Zavvi and was just wondering if anyone, who also ordered this model, has received their order or received any updates.
I am reluctant to order the other 5 Tardis models from Zavvi as I experienced poor customer service when I ordered the Doctor Who books – I am still waiting to receive one of the books some 2 months after placing my order.

October 8th, 2025 - 4:22pmI got an email saying it is late as release date was 4th October. However, Master Replicas haven’t received their stock yet either and Zavvi will get theirs from them.
The original shipping date was September on MR website. Like last years I’m not expecting them til November where the standard versions will most likely appear at B&M too.

Thanks for that – I know it is difficult to get a response from customer service at Zavvi and I think I may well wait until I am certain that Zavvi actually have the stock before I place such a large order.

October 8th, 2025 - 4:47pmZavvi don’t take the money until dispatch though so might be worth just going ahead.
If you go with MR they take the money straight away but you can join their shop to get 10% off your first order.
If you wait for B&M your local store might get them at £19.99 each though.
I’m holding off for B&M for now as it was good being able to check model quality and sticker placement last year.

October 8th, 2025 - 9:52pmI got an email from Zaavi this morning to say they are aware that the items haven’t been sent but they will continue to work to have the order dispatched as soon as possible.
I won’t hold my breath as I have been waiting for some books from their Who 3 for 2 offer for over 2 months now.

I just received the same email from Zavvi and, like you, I am still waiting for some books from their previous offer!
I was just wondering if the other Tardis models, on the Zavvi website will be available in B & M.
I have never been fortunate enough to have actually seen these Tardis models in my local B & M so have other collectors been able to buy these in B & M?
I am not sure whether to pre-order these from Zavvi or wait to see if they are available in B & M – what do other collectors think?

I personally haven’t seen any TARDIS models in my local B&M store (and there are 3) but I know from other threads on this site people have seen them but I have ordered the latest wave from Zaavi to avoid the B&M hunt (like the annual C/Options release hunt).
Mind you I am finding since Zaavi changed hands a while ago they have become really poor so I won’t hold my breath – I have chased them earlier this week regarding the outstanding books but got the stock answer we will investigate.
I find that they usually just reply saying they can’t supply the item (books, Blu Ray etc) then cancel your order which is the risk I may have with the latest TARDIS wave.
I took out the Master Replicas membership last year but it wasn’t worth the extra £90 just to get the 4th Doctor exclusive TARDIS variant which was on sale by an Amazon seller later in the year for less than the membership.
