September 1st, 2018 - 9:48amJust recieved my items in post this morning but they have not icluded mag for subscription dalek. Thought it was too good to be true, they never get my order right. I suppose i should be thankful i,ve got at all. Now to call Eaglemoss again..

Seems to me whether its by phone or Email these employees are told exactly what to say to fob off genuine customer enquiries. Could be up to another month. By then 134 and 135 will be hitting the shops. A very poor subscription service.

August 25th, 2018 - 9:46amI wonder if its easier to acquire these on the day at WHsmith. Before i subscribed the pictures for the second figure of the month along with the first always appeared on this site usually a week before certain retailers got them in. Now they are taking next months money which will be monday before we,ve recieved anything. True i didn,t get the subscription Daleks and Whsmith rarely had those Special Editions in on Time which is why i turned to subscribing, but that seems now the only incentive. The deliveries and customer service are getting progressively slower.

June 5th, 2018 - 12:39amYes they are aware, but as they have pointed out they’ve had 130 figures and Colin Baker only has eight stories, so his four figures are a reasonable representation. They can’t share an equal amount of figures between Doctors, otherwise certain eras would get ridiculously over represented.

June 13th, 2018 - 9:45amWell there’s two different factors going into that. One is that they want a similar number of new series figures as classic figures so that means each new series Doctor will got a proportionally larger amount of figures. The second is that each Doctor per era should have a representative amount of figures fo rhis (or her) era. So new series Doctors with lots of stories will have more figures than new series Doctors with less stories. And classic series Doctors with lots of stories will have more figures than classic series Doctors with less stories. It’s basically split into two eras with their own proportions so you can’t compare the amount of figures a Doctor im classic to new, as the ratios are only meant to reflect other 20th or 21st century Doctors.
