Dr Who Figurine Collection Issue #242 Kronos

Available to order worldwide from scificollector via www.ebay.co.uk

These figures are a continuation of the Eaglemoss collection of fine quality figurines which were in various stages of planning and production when Eaglemoss went into administration.

Presented here is KRONOS #242 which has been cast in metalised resin and hand-painted. It depicts Kronos in armoured avian form as it appeared in the 3rd Doctor classic from 1972 “The Time Monster”.

ALTHOUGH INTENDED TO BE A LIMITED EDITION OF 750 FIGURES WORLDWIDE – JUST 600 WERE ACTUALLY PRODUCED

Also available from their website.

Just a note to those unaware. It is in the same scale as the 1:21 standard Eaglemoss figurines and not 1:16 like a Special would have been as was stated in the emails and on their site.

The picture is misleading too as it is smaller in height than the other two figurines.

It also doesn’t have the limited edition sticker with number out of 600 on the box.

Should have been priced at just a tenner more than normal really (expensive wings).

Totally agree, Daz – very misleading information which I think MR should address further, rather than their “it was a surprise to us too” response so far. Could be construed as false advertising – I certainly purchased it under the impression it was a larger Special. Also all 3 figures have stickers saying limited to 750, not the 600 MR are claiming. Overall, very disappointing. I think those who bought the Time Monster should either be offered a refund, or an amount off the next set of figurines.I shall be e-mailing MR for their thoughts!
