Dr Who Figurine Collection Console #5 Wooden Console

Introducing the TARDIS wooden console model as the next Special Edition of our Doctor Who Figurine Collection!

You read it right! In the classic episode “The Masque of Mandragora”, the Fourth Doctor revealed a secondary console room inside the TARDIS. In sharp contrast to the futuristic main control room, the secondary room was elegant and old-fashioned, complete with a Wooden Console!

This Tardis Wooden Console Model: The Fourth Doctor, made from a high-quality polyresin (not wood), meticulously recreates the console designed by award-winning Doctor Who designer Barry Newbery. The model was carefully hand-painted to capture the wooden look of the console room that was used throughout the Fourth Doctor’s 14th season – only to become damp and warped in storage between seasons.

Product Features:

  • The console measure approx 8 cm tall
  • Material: Metallic Resin, carefully produced in 1:21 scale
  • Hand-painted for incredible detail
  • Great gift for Doctor Who fans

The Tardis Console Model comes complete with a magazine detailing this console’s place in history, its functionality and use in the adventures.

My Season 14 console arrived today, but the railing was broken. Please could someone provide a contact number to report this. Many thanks.

      Thanks BooBoo.
How would you recommend I ask them for the missing magazine? As I don’t want them to send out another figurine, wasting their resources.
As I really appreciate their fast response and don’t want to seem ungrateful or like I’m taking the p#ss.
      Thanks!

Mine too. To be fair apart from cracked ankles on the giant Robot, which I glued I’ve never had a problem with anything, and I subscribe and get everything.

just received my replacement console also broken. Don’t think I’ll ever get a complete one. Quality control is shocking and the packaging doesn’t protect the railings enough.

you should still keep trying, lots of people have had the replacement intact including us.

I will keep trying however many replacements it takes to get an unbroken one. It’s the packaging at fault not enough protection for the rails. Can’t complain about Zoe in customer services though who sorts the replacements

Really nice model and some lovely detail on it. Works very well I think. Very glad they did this version.

I added a miniature shaving mirror for that authentic ‘Masque’ look!

I also recieved the console with a broken railing, I sent a DM to Hero Collector including a photo of the damage and Zoe arranged for a replacement to be sent out next day which arrived in perfect condition.

I’m really pleased with the Secondary Tardis console, eaglemoss have done a really nice job with it 🙂

I mean for a LEGO ideas set it does look a little basic. Do they still do Doctor Who LEGO?

no they only ever did the one set. i thought they might do a Doctors set at the very least but probably not a big enough market for them

It’s totally basic but so was the TARDIS you could take the blue box off and fold it into the box 🙂 still love it though and I think this is really cool shame it’s unlikely to get to 10k ..always feel it can’t just be me with a thirst for sja stuff 🙂 a sound track a big chief would be a dream come true haha

Looks like this is a common problem with this model. Arrived with the railing in bits. Decided to try supergluing it back together today during dull conference calls. Not perfect but ok. However Eaglemoss have always been good in the past when I have requested a replacement for a damaged item.

Mine came broken too but I just used a bit of superglue and some careful hand-eye co-ordination. Shouldn’t have to do that obviously but it was no trouble really

Eaglemoss Customer Service has always been brilliant for me. If I’ve had any damages they have always replaced them.

Although this console is a bit too big when standing next to it’s other selves it is a beautiful model.

Looking forward to seeing the next console. Hopefully soon.

Neil, if you read this can we have a clue?

    Thanks.

Excellent figure. However first one delivered had the brass railing broken into several pieces. I was sent a replacement within a day. I mentioned to Eaglemoss that the packaging might cause an issue as the railings are easily broken. I wonder if others have had this issue?
Seen other postings about poor Eaglemoss service. I must say that I have never had a problem and it has been very good. The speed at which they sent my replacement was very good.
