Doctor Who T-Shirt Melkur
Available to order from www.forbiddenplanet.com
On the faraway world of Traken an ancient Melkur arrived years ago, and has rooted itself into the groves…
But all is not what it seems with the statue. The lives of the Doctor, Adric and future companion Nyssa will soon never be the same again!
From the Fourth Doctor’s era!
Titan Merchandise and Forbidden Planet are proud to present the UK’s biggest collection of officially licensed Doctor Who t-shirts – totalling more than 250 designs – with lots of exclusive designs fans won’t find anywhere else!
100% cotton.
Please note that Print on Demand products use a consistent printing plate size for all garments, from M to 4XL. This may result in a smaller image-to-t-shirt ratio on larger sizes. Size SM is produced from a smaller plate and will feature the smallest print size.

December 11th, 2025 - 11:58amThe image is great so I agree we don’t need the name. Love the book one but I’d rather just have the creature on it’s own.

December 11th, 2025 - 12:31pmI think Antony said that FP wanted the text and Who Shop didn’t.

December 11th, 2025 - 1:43pmThing is if you are buying these then chances are you know exactly who the characters are and don’t need the text. And I cant see many causal buyers picking these up. I’d definitely prefer no text.

December 10th, 2025 - 3:48pmIf it was just the statue without the name, I’d buy it.
War Chief.
December 10th, 2025 - 4:58pmBut Valeyard, you can hours of fun explaining to people what Melkur means….

December 11th, 2025 - 12:30pmHahaha!!
True…
Honestly, The Melkur scared the life out of me when I was a kid. I remember one family holiday, I woke up in the middle of the night, looked towards the door and was convinced I saw him standing there looking at me… I must have woken up the entire holiday park with my screams!
War Chief.
December 10th, 2025 - 1:16pmBe the envy of all your friends, with a Melkur shirt……!!
Everyone under 20 will be saying ‘What’s that meant to be, then…..’?
Maybe i’ll wear it when next in the job centre……
