Doctor Who Mr. Ring-A-Ding Enamel Pin Badge

Available to order exclusively from www.thewhoshop.com

“I’m beamin’ at ya!”

Mr Ring-a-Ding is a happy, funny, singalong cartoon, who lives in Sunny Town with his friend Sunshine Sally. However, in 1952, after years of repeats in cinemas across the land, Mr Ring-a-Ding suddenly looks beyond the screen and sees the real world outside – and the consequences are terrifying…

Doctor Who’s terrifying new foe arrives at The Who Shop as a store-exclusive enamel pin badge! As seen in the season 2 episode “Lux”. Size approx. 40mm.

A signed by Alan Cummings one like the previous couple of sets would make this a certain purchase!

A few of us have been saying for some time how much better the badges would look with no lettering on saying what they are pictures of. And look at this one – they do look better! 🙂

Yeah, it’s been Going on a Few Years now. A Dalek Badge with Daleks Written on it or a Cyberman Badge With Cyberman Written on it etc, Etc.
I don’t know what that was all about.
I should imagine if you didn’t know what they were chances are you wouldn’t be buying the Products anyway. LOL.

Mr ring a ding would have made for a great lenticular Ultra Rare trading card if battles in time was still a thing, maybe something like that could still work as an accessory with another figure?

I hope there’ll be some more Ruby Sunday merchandise with her return to Doctor Who in Ep 4 and 8 and also I hope there’ll be some Belinda Chandra merchandise as well as we haven’t got any with her on yet.

I’ll have to order this when I’m paid Friday, best character in years, was so fun to watch and voiced perfectly by Alan Cummings. He really didn’t seem too sinister at first until he kept saying not to make him laugh…
But this badge is beamin’ at me!

Anthony – will there be a season two boxset of enamel pins like what we got for season one

      Hi Kieran,

No plans for a series 2 set. There’s a couple of sets in the works for later in the year, mind. A 1980s set should hopefully be on sale at MCM Comic Con next month, with a few new badges.

There’s also something in the pipeline for SDCC – and Who Shop / Forbidden Planet have a good track record of buying stock to sell in the UK afterwards. I can’t say more about that yet, so watch this space!

Thanks Anthony – will there be any other fifteen doctor or season two merchandise at MCM Comic Con next month?

      Hi Kieran,

There’s some convention exclusives, yes – from a mix of different eras. I can’t say anymore yet!
