the astronaut of death
May 28th, 2014 - 9:35pmI feel caves androzani is over rated
In the past it has been voted the best classic episode . and it is not that great
DOCTOR WHO ONE
May 29th, 2014 - 7:34amAgreed, and anyway, what is so great about that story anyway ?.
I saw Caves of Androzarni once years ago on UKTV Gold I think the channel was, and I found it utterly boring. You wouldn’t even find it in my DVD Collection of Doctor Who stories.
Only good thing about it as far as I can see was the regeneation, the rest of the story, yawnnnn, give me Genesis of the Daleks, the real No.1 story anyday 🙂
Dalek1234
May 29th, 2014 - 8:34amyeah he caves of androzani on horror a thew weeks ago and it was just boring! the regeneration was good but like you said you wouldn’t find it in my dvd collection either! but genesis of the daleks is great so far as part 3 and 4 are on horror tonight! but episode 2 had a shocking cliff-hanger when sarah fell of the scaffolding!

May 28th, 2014 - 9:13pmI haven’t purchased this magazine in ages. However, I think I’ll have to buy this one purely for the cover! It’s fantastic.
Haza14
May 28th, 2014 - 9:11pmGreat Cover! I imagine the right side will be a pull out and the left side of the extended cover will go over onto the back. It must have taken ages to make!
Ryan
May 28th, 2014 - 8:37pmThat. That is the most beautiful thing I have ever seen. There’s even a bloody Morpho brain on there. I think I’m in heaven…
the astronaut of death
May 28th, 2014 - 8:39pmI agree
the astronaut of death
May 28th, 2014 - 8:28pmIt just like the TV show doctor who itself has been sick all over the magazine
And it looks amazing

Doctorfan
May 29th, 2014 - 7:07amhope twelvey meets some new villians in the comic as well as old ones keys of marinus fans may agree with voord reurning also daleks and cybermen
DalekAgent
May 29th, 2014 - 7:49amIt would be good if a monster from the classic series who only appeared in one episode returned in the comic strip to fight the twelfth doctor like the Axons (The Claws of Axos) in The Golden Ones with the eleventh doctor and the Cavemen (An Unearthly Child) in Hunters of the Burning Stone also with the eleventh doctor
Doctorfan
May 29th, 2014 - 7:49amTwelvey is a reference sixty as Colin baker says about himself
Doctorfan
May 29th, 2014 - 8:17amWhat is next magazine about what do you think cover will be

Cyber lords
May 28th, 2014 - 7:57pmI have a feeling the two recurring monsters are Yeti and Zygons
Cyber lords
May 28th, 2014 - 7:59pmThe Troughton story that shot to the top is probably Web Of Fear or Enemy Of The World.
Desamo
May 28th, 2014 - 7:41pmThat looks so great!
The TARDIS
May 28th, 2014 - 6:37pmI think I can probably guess which episode will have won…
Cyber lords
May 28th, 2014 - 6:39pmWhich is?
The TARDIS
May 28th, 2014 - 6:44pmI’d expect it to be The Day of the Doctor, just because of how much people seem to like it. I haven’t seen the results though, so I could well be wrong.
Cyber lords
May 28th, 2014 - 6:48pmIf I am to be honest it comes no where near close near no. 1. However, that is because I am a classic who fan. In many classic fans opinion, new who is no where near as good.
The TARDIS
May 28th, 2014 - 6:51pmI agree, I do really like The Day of the Doctor and it is really good… But so much of Doctor Who is really good. Its in my top ten, but most of that is filled up with classic Who. Just my opinion though 🙂
the astronaut of death
May 28th, 2014 - 6:58pmmy best episodes are blink and day of the doctor
Cyber lords
May 28th, 2014 - 6:59pmI saw the list and us classic fans will be lucky.
The TARDIS
May 28th, 2014 - 7:08pmMy top ten:
1: The Five Doctors. Love it! So many people just sort of harrumph, but it always makes me happy to be a fan.
2: Power of the Daleks. Or the War Games. difficult…
3: Logopolis. The only regeneration story which actually made me cry.
4: City of a Death
5: Human Nature / The Family of Blood
6: The Day of the Doctor
7: The Two Doctors. Yes, I know what you’re thinking…
8: The Curse of Fenric. Or possibly Frontios. both criminally underrated, IMO.
9: Planet of the Spiders
10: The Daleks’ Masterplan
The TARDIS
May 28th, 2014 - 7:09pmDon’t know how many of those will crop up on the actual list, but I can live in hope.
Trenzalore
May 28th, 2014 - 7:12pmThe two doctors is my favourite 6th doctor story. Apart from reducing Patrick Troughton to… well I don’t know really but it showed Troughton’s acting abilities even as he was getting on in age.
City of death is my favourite.
McGann is the Doctor
May 28th, 2014 - 6:34pmOH DAMN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Cyber lords
May 28th, 2014 - 6:35pmAs in what is number 1? I think there should be a page showing results as I only get £1 pocket money.
the astronaut of death
May 28th, 2014 - 6:11pmPlease can everyone not reveal any of the results
As I have not got this yet
Doctorfan
May 28th, 2014 - 7:08pmdo ya know how many parts there for blood of azreal?
Wonder what the 12 doctor’s first comic story be called?

DalekAgent
May 28th, 2014 - 8:11pmThe Blood of Azrael is a five part story and in this issue it’s the fifth and final part
jamiouse
May 28th, 2014 - 4:45pmWH Smith in York had this on the shelf at lunchtime, so I just had to buyit. The number one story isn’t really much of a surprise, I can tell you that Genesis is number three and Moffat should be happy!
DOCTOR WHO ONE
May 28th, 2014 - 5:23pmLet’s me guess –
1) Blink
2) Caves of Androzarni [?]
2) Genesis of the Daleks
Trenzalore
May 28th, 2014 - 5:29pm1 right.
the astronaut of death

May 28th, 2014 - 3:42pmDid anyone here actually vote in this? If so what did you put as your number 1?
Anonymous
May 28th, 2014 - 4:00pmIt was a score out of ten that they’ll average across the voters, so you don’t “rank” them strictly speaking. You can have as many 10s or 1s as you want.
Trenzalore
May 28th, 2014 - 4:04pmKnew I should have checked the mag before asking this 😆 I didn’t vote so thanks for explaining 🙂
the astronaut of death
May 28th, 2014 - 4:40pmWell you had a list of every episode and on each episode you had to rank each ep out of ten
But I had not seen ALL of the episodes so I didn’t vote
DOCTOR WHO ONE
May 28th, 2014 - 3:39pmWHAT IS YOUR ALL-TIME NUMBER ONE ?
Daleks !!!!!! 😀
thehostproductions
May 28th, 2014 - 3:50pmthe all time number one is the day of the doctor 🙂
DOCTOR WHO ONE
May 28th, 2014 - 5:48pmI ment ‘Daleks’ as villians, not stories.
Dalek1234
May 28th, 2014 - 5:52pmI THINK THE DAY OF THE DOCTOR IS THE BEST!!!!
the astronaut of death
May 28th, 2014 - 5:57pmMe too

Pigbin Josh
May 28th, 2014 - 8:37pmTerror of the Zygons is my favourite.

Dalek1234
May 28th, 2014 - 9:06pmterror of the zygons is excellent but not in my tops!
skaroman
May 28th, 2014 - 9:25pmYeah, terror of the zygons was great. But I think that the keys of marinus should have some recognition as a competitor for no. 1
Trenzalore
May 28th, 2014 - 9:29pmDefinitely! Keys of Marinus is brilliant yet chocking underrated 🙁
Trenzalore
May 28th, 2014 - 9:30pm*shockingly
