K-9 Light And Sound Figurine & Book Pictures
Doctor Who: K-9 Light-And-Sound Figurine and Illustrated Book
Available to order in the UK from www.bookdepository.com
Available to order in the UK from www.amazon.co.uk
Available to order in the USA from www.amazon.com
From Doctor Who, the BBC’s landmark science-fiction television show, this kit includes a miniature figurine of K-9, the Doctor’s trusty robotic canine, complete with audio of K-9’s catchphrase, “Affirmative, Master!” and light-up eyes.
Also included is a 48-page book on Doctor Who and K-9, featuring full-colour photos.
K9 is about the same size as the 5″ Character version and when the top panel is pressed he speaks ” affirmative master” and the front eye lens lights up.
Whilst not of the same quality as the Character version he’s a lot of fun for £6-£7 especially when you consider the inclusion of the (quite informative) mini book.
Another great addition to this series.

September 26th, 2014 - 5:01pmThis range is a nice idea as so many more venues can sell them.
FP, whilst typically about 1-3 weeks behind their rivals in getting stock in, did have these in today.
Box is slightly bigger. At least it does not take up much space.

September 25th, 2014 - 11:31pmThe sonic screwdriver from this range is just awful.
I like the K9 from this range though, as it’s nice to one that is basically a variant of the Character Options toy, even though it’s made by a completely different company.

September 28th, 2014 - 5:54pmPossibly a more classic k9 for the 5 inch figures?
Tempus Fugit
September 29th, 2014 - 12:32pmNot right for the Classic K9, he didn’t have the handle on the top of his back.
Does this have a handle at the rear too? That would also be wrong.
Classic K9 only has a handle on the front.
Thyme Lorde
October 13th, 2014 - 10:15pmWell it depends on which K9 you are talking about. K9 mk.3 had the handles, and even though it was the one featured in the new series, it was still in K9: A girl’s best friend, which I believe dates to 1980 or 81.
Stop that TARDIS
September 25th, 2014 - 3:51pmHmm this could be a nice k9 for my 5” figures 🙂
