October 18th, 2011 - 5:29pmI pre-ordered mine last week; it was despatched on Friday arriving today. The T-shirt and book are bagged “Multi-Item Set-Do Not Open”. I lost out £4.26 because thinking it was a Pre-Order for November, the price went down to £16.99 the day after I ordered it. Oh-well, at least Amazon have registered that people are willing to pay £4.25 more for a pre-order exclusive like this. For me, it’s the T-Shirt I want as this will be the rare item.

1. It didn’t say “The Encyclopedia” on the shirt (I think it looks a bit strange to be walking around and advertising the book).
2. It was released the same time as the single encyclopedia (without t-shirt) is which apparently it isn’t 😛

October 6th, 2011 - 4:23pmInterestingly, Amazon’s publish date is 13 October 2011 without the T-shirt and 08 November 2011 with the T-shirt – as shown 16:20 06/10/2011. Earlier in the week, the exclusive was not even available.

October 6th, 2011 - 4:27pmI would guess so. Amazon would know how many to print, everyone who pre-ordered would get one, and they would have no excess stock. I would be interested to know if this was not the case. It also might explain the lag-time I posted earlier.
