This is part of the ‘The ‘Every…Story Ever!’ collection, which showcases every story the Daleks, Cybermen and The Master has been featured in.
Each design is based on when the dreaded foe first appeared. The Cyberman is shown here as it appeared in The Second Doctors era.

Also while I do like these, i feel like on clothing, a dot signifying a cameo appearance amongst a starry background isn’t the most noticeable thing, i don’t think it would have mattered if it wasn’t there.

October 31st, 2022 - 1:23pmWe thought that although yes, the Cybermen were in the opening of Twice… that the scenes were repeats (although remade) of The Tenth Planet. Before anybody asks about Cyberwoman – that’s Torchwood, and although just text, the BBC said no to it being on a Doctor Who design. Sorry – we tried!
