Character Building Temporal Balster Set

Time is fractured!…and now the Vortex is being invaded by the Doctor’s arch enemies the Daleks and the Cybermen! Using stolen Time technology, they could do untold damage to Time itself, so the Doctor with his companions by his side must venture into the Vortex to find and stop them. Each Enemy is protected by a bubble of Temporal shielding made up of four shields.

temrol-750

The following sets have Red blaster bolts…

Cyberman Blaster with Eleventh Doctor
Cyberman Blaster with Dalek Drone
Cyberman Blaster with Dalek Scientist
Cyberman Blaster with Dalek: The Supreme
Cyberman Blaster with Dalek Strategist

The following sets have blue blaster bolts…

Dalek Exterminator with River Song
Dalek Exterminator with Rory Williams
Dalek Exterminator with Amy Pond
Dalek Exterminator with Cyberleader
Dalek Exterminator with Cyberman

When all four shields are knocked down the enemy is thrown back out of the Vortex to their own time and space… But… The Doctor is also using the same technology and can also be knocked out of Time. Use Dalek and Cyberman weaponry to fire bolts of time energy at your opponents’ Temporal Shields to knock them down one by one.

temrol-7501

When the Shields are gone the enemy is eliminated. Cyberman Blaster and Dalek Exterminator versions are available. Each pack includes one spring loaded blaster weapon, one micro-figure, and one Temporal Shield. 10 variations to collect. One supplied. Styles may vary. For ages 5 years and over.

    • The Wooden Prince (Previously Admiral Icktheus)

      January 23rd, 2012 - 5:03pm

In my opinion the Jennifer Ganger would work much better if it was released in the 5 inch range. It would have been much better than silly flesh masks and that ridiculous goo. The Minotaur would be interesting to see although I can imagine it being a seperate figure more than a collect and build. Guess we’ll just have to wait and see.

And if it was collect and build, then here’s the wave:
Amy from TGC with the head

      Dream Lord with right hand

They need Sherlock figures as well! They could have so many1

    • King Ninja

      January 22nd, 2012 - 3:27pm

I’d like proper 5inch Sherlock figures:

      1. Holmes himself.
      2. Watson.
      3. Moriarty.
      4. Irene Adler.
      5. Mycroft.
      6. The Hound (and whoever that guy in the gas mask was called again- but make it a two pack and with him having that mask on)

    • Sherlock

      January 22nd, 2012 - 4:43pm

      It should be:
      -Sherlock
      -Sherlock without coat and scarf
      -John
      -John with coat
      -Moriarty
      -Mycroft
      -Irene
      -Irene in Sherlocks Coat
      -DI Lestrade
      -Anderson and Donovan (2 pack)
-Guy from Hounds of the Baskerville played by Russel Tovey
-Gas mask guy from Hounds of the Baskerville with mask on simply because he would look excellant as a figure)
      -Molly

And of course we’d have variations like Sherlock without coat and scarf with purple shirt and Moriarty in grey suit. But of course it could be an amazing range of toys! Doubt it will happen though 🙁

    • The Wooden Prince (Previously Admiral Icktheus)

      January 22nd, 2012 - 5:37pm

the action figure closest to sherlock himself is the 8th doctor figure

    • Sherlock

      January 22nd, 2012 - 6:31pm

You could easily make a custom of Sherlock using the 8th doctor like silence is cool said. but it wouldnt be the same!

    • Sherlock

      January 23rd, 2012 - 10:41am

And of course with CB you could have the same figures and sets like 221b Baker Street with Sherlock, John and Mrs. Hudson and the baskerville with Russel Tovey and the gas mask guy. And of course the swimming pool with Sherlock, Moriarty and John. And the roof with Moriarty and Sherlock! OMG these could be awesome!

    • Anonymous

      January 22nd, 2012 - 11:13am

It’s not always, in the 5” range it was the Scientist which only came with the exclusive set and when it later got individual release it was only one per case of figures.

Besides, as the name suggests there is only one of them so it’s not as bad as it would have been if they had made the Strategist, Scientist or Drone exclusive.

I have absolutely no idea what is going on with these, but it seem’s a cheap exercise in money-making that is going to be expensive to people buying them. • Mels

      January 22nd, 2012 - 5:48am

Since Matt Smith took over as the Doctor, the available merchandise here has exploded (easily 10 times what we used to get previously). We now get most things (albeit often a little slower) and we have the odd exclusive item too (nothing terribly exciting though). But it’s not ‘mainstream’ availabilty. You can’t just walk into Target/Kmart/Toys ‘R Us and buy Doctor who merchandise. You have to go to the ABCshops/collector’s/comic stores or conventions to buy it.

But compared to what we used to get, it’s pretty decent.

The Cybermen ones have The Doctor, The SUpreme, Dalek Strategist, Dalek Scientist or Dalek Drone.

The Dalek ones have Amy, Rory, River, Cyber Leader and Cyberman.
