There appears to be plenty of stock but you can search for this set on www.ebay.co.uk or www.amazon.co.uk
At the time of writing option 3 on published store telephone numbers that allowed you to speak to a member of staff has been removed. You could try the main customer service number, 0330 838 9000 and ask to be put through to your local store or try and find out its direct number.
We strongly advise you make whatever checks you can yourself to check store availability before traveling.

February 13th, 2022 - 3:39pmPicked one up in the Southampton Millbrook store this morning. When I left there were still nine on the shelf. I love it. It’s the first B&M set I have really wanted. My favourite Doctor in my favourite costume and with the awesome K1 Robot too. Been on my radar since news of it first came out. So glad I have one. Hope everyone else gets one too!

Nothing in Chesterfield (or Chez Vegas as I call it)- staff have still been helpful though in looking for information.

Ilkeston is one of my four locals stores that stock Who sets, the other three being Meteor Centre, Allenton, and Spondon. Only managed to get to Allenton this weekend where there was only 1 on shelf (which I had), and to Spondon, where they had none, only shelves of Sensorites and Earthshock.

February 14th, 2022 - 1:22am@Spacewarp, you might want to have a look at mine and @John Sissons’ comments on the previous page, particularly regarding availability at the Meteor store. Not sure if this is going to be the case with all future releases, but the price of more even stock distribution seems to be no stock being allocated to some stores *at all*, including several in the High Peak/Derbyshire area.
I think there’s a few of us collectors in Derbyshire, we’re just literally not on the same page…

February 13th, 2022 - 2:22pmManaged to bag my sets from Ilkeston. Amazing staff there, very lovely and patient. 6 remaining when I left (With 2 HOTD 8, Earthshock, Sensorites, Marinus and 5 Drs (Both Variants).
Did stop in Somercotes after having dialogue with a couple of the lovely staff I’ve seen before in there. Unfortunately, there has been miscommunication as one staff member Thursday evening said 12 were in stock but only just come in- having worked in retail I understand they need time to work a delivery. Spoke to a lovely team member on Saturday, they were in, but still in delivery being worked- lovely stuff. When I bobbed down this morning, there wasn’t anything, so I drove back home, rang up and spoke to a(n incredibly rude) team member who;
Firstly, said I spoke to them Thursday daytime (I’m a teacher, and as much as I love collecting these figures, I’m not going to waste what little break I get on phoning B&M- I spoke to a youthful sounding person late Thursday evening on my drive home- definitely not them).
Secondly, they checked the shelves told me they had ‘no figures whatsoever’ (I had just been in the store ten minutes prior today) there were two rows of sets including Sensorites and Earthshock (Still there from before Xmas) as well as HOTD 6,7&8.
Thirdly, a minute later they were in the ‘warehouse’ and in a flash just said “Nope nothing here, all toys been worked”. Kindly asked about possibility of checking the product code on a pricing gun (which many members of staff offer to do and happily do to help out)- simply refused to assist. The tone of voice wasn’t the best, got to say. I pride myself on being well-mannered, so it was a shame to experience this. Short story: If you’re in Somercotes/Chesterfield area, I’d wait to see a lovely colleague there or take the trip to Ilkeston if they still have stock. Hope this helps.

RE: Somercotes- may know who you’re talking about- there’s about two or three members of staff in there who are very much the ‘turn up, work and go home’ kind. Sadly that could be for two reasons 1) they just generally don’t know about the products and have been inundated with questions from Whovians; 2) the way retail staff have been treat in the past two years in the pandemic has not been great, doesn’t excuse the rudeness but could be a reason why.
There are some lovely staff there though, and up in the Chesterfield store too- they’ve not had the products for near to two years now, but some of the staff still happy to check information and look.
Excited at what may come this year 🙂

February 14th, 2022 - 1:41am@Anonymous – *I* spoke to Somercotes on Thursday as per my comments a page or so back, so they may have been getting confused (although it doesn’t excuse the rudeness, as I was perfectly polite in my enquiries as well). I have been patiently waiting for them to get back to me since leaving my details, so your experience this weekend doesn’t bode well for that outcome…
@The Educator – again, as I previously reported, it looks as if Chez may now be permanently “off the list” as of last year. That being said, I did manage to get all the 2020 releases I wanted from there, although the October wave was a bit delayed/staggered.

The Anglia Retail Park branch now only has 4 Robot sets left (bought one yesterday), and there are still sets from the previous waves available.
The Warren Heath branch hadn’t put any Robot sets out as of Thursday evening, though they have an end-cap devoted to Doctor Who (previous waves, the bobble-heads and the charicature Matt Smith & David Tennant figurines).

February 12th, 2022 - 8:39pmI went to Bolton Centre B&M today and a worker was putting out more of the Robot sets, she told me 5 have been sold today including a very excited person reliced to have one, she asked if I wanted one too, which of course I did. There was still a few left afterwards, and a load of Earthshock sets, I didn’t notice much else beside the mini Daleks.
