Stocks Arrive – B&M 2021 September Sets Information on Product Codes / Barcodes

Stocks have now arrived and are starting to appear in stores.

We have closed comments on all other B&M posts so they can be concentrated here.

At the time of writing option 3 on published store telephone numbers that allowed you to speak to a member of staff has been removed. You could try the main customer service number, 0330 838 9000 and ask to be put through to your local store or try and find out its direct number.

Shown below are the product codes and bar codes. The app is not allowing you check locations at this time.

We strongly advise you make whatever checks you can yourself to check store availability before traveling.

To find your nearest store visit www.bmstores.co.uk or use the map below. Please contact www.bmstores.co.uk if you require more information.

The B&M Map:

This map is a guide only and shouldn’t be used as a definite indication that a particular store has stock

The map shows most stores, if you see any missing please leave a comment. As the app will not allow you to check stock locations at the moment we may use this map to show the distribution pattern and possible stock locations.

If you see stock and take a picture you can send it to [email protected] and we can add it to the map or you can link to an image you are hosting yourself.

This map has layers, if you click on the icon in the blue header at the top left of the map in the you can select which layers you want to see.

A Dalek will be placed to the right of the store concerned but you will need to zoom in to separate the 2 or click off the store location layer.

Please note as the situation on the shop floor is so fluid we will no longer list stock on the map. As far as we can tell the initial delivery for stores that have had stock was for 12 of each figure set and 6 of each Dalek. As you might expect most stores are selling out of Daleks at a faster rate than the sets. Some stores listed have already sold out of all stock

I now see stores that have already had stock getting more stock! Whereas my local stores have had very little. I am really over this B&M b***ocks. Hooray that they are making these figures! Now try and buy them….nope.

Its a bity strange this year as two local ones which are normally stacked high have had only a few and two which don’t usually have many are stacked high! Theres a new store opening soon so I think that is having an impact on stock reserved for that.
I find it fascinating and understand the frustration for many!!

Dumbarton B&M now has a proper shelf for Dr Who figures. Plenty of Marinus sets and slightly fewer Sensorites. They also have limited shelf space for the HOTD sets, but only one Dalek Power set remaining. They also had one of those 4 mini Dalek bobblehead sets.

Went to Reading Brunel Retail Park at 9am this morning. Found six Sensorite sets only! Nothing else. Nearly didn’t spot them as the aisle is in such as mess.

Had given up hope of ever seeing these in the stores in Reading….but….today Marinus sets in the Oxford Road branch. Sadly the only Daleks were those bobble heads. No B&M these are not the Daleks we are looking for. : )

Thanks Matt, I think I’ll pop there tomorrow then for the bobble heads! I’ve already bought the main sets on eBay (though wouldn’t say no to more HOTD sets!)

Don’t know if anyone still needs them but the Batley B&M has a good lot of all of the products, including the Day and Power Dalek sets.

I am starting to find all these releases a bit disheartening. Missed most of the last wave and can’t find this wave locally either, and with the sudden announcement of even more figures it unfortunately makes things seem quite sad. Doesn’t help that people are already selling these sets at extortionate prices. Hopefully things get a bit better soon!

Cheltenham still haven’t finished the store revamp, so still no Who toys.

I honestly don’t think they will be ready for this wave and maybe mot even the next one as still loads to do in store.

So, I went to the Chesterfield store yesterday – no sets! And no one seems to know anything about any doctor who sets full stop. Am trying to get hold of them for my DS who is only 12 and doesn’t appreciate how tricky they are to track down! Any ideas? Customer services did their best but ultimately know nothing. Help!!!

I just live up the road from the Chesterfield store and pop in most days on my way home from work. Nothing whatsoever. I have asked various staff members and nobody knows anything about Dr Who figures. I have come to the conclusion that they are not going to have any.

Megaloughton Lane, Spondon still has all four sets. I’m beginning to wonder if my county is free of “scalpers”, as the stock seems to disappear very slowly.

Keep an eye out for a weird little set of 4 miniature Daleks in a long “Invasion” pack. No idea of price, and not a CO set, but it is in the standard dark blue “Doctor Who” livery, so easy to spot.

£14.99? Good grief! They’re going for up to £34 on ebay!

Speaking of ebay I’ve started seeing Day of the Daleks single figures up for sale, but only gold. Probably because the only way to get the full 3 is to buy 2 and then sell the gold. Which means single black Daleks from this set will be rare and expensive. Not only that, but the older ones with the dark neck are appearing as their owners replace them with the new.

Peterborough Bridge Street had the Daleks sets 5 and 7 in stock today, there is three left of set 7 (gold one) and 4 left of set 5 (Power set). Still plenty of Marinus and Sensorites sets left (7 or 8 of each).

Now to wait for the next lot!

Ordered my first set (Marinus) on Amazon. Frustrating but…
    a) Can’t see my local store Reading getting these now, especially given some other stores are being restocked over and over. Also weird that last year I managed to get the entire first wave here, then none of the second, then found the Remembrance and Witches Familiar sets
    b) I don’t have enough spare time to be driving around on a hunt that might be unsuccessful anyway.
    c) Need to conserve fuel as availability still isn’t great here.

Annoying how some regions have these sets in abundance and others have none. Like last year, there are many of us more than happy to pay full price whilst some regions will see these reduced soon.

A shame but ultimately I’m gonna enjoy these new figures whether my wallet likes it or not!

Still plenty of Marinus and Sensorites sets in the Dumbarton store, although Marinus sets have now been moved to a bottom shelf, slightly hidden behind some of the displays.

Still no sign of the Dalek sets though.

Is this also going to become the thread for spotting the next wave of B&M packs (Earthshock, Five Doctors etc.), as they are supposed to start appearing later this month.

Today was my first opportunity to visit a good sized B&M outside my local area (local area has had nothing) but Skipton had lots of Marinus and History 5 sets.

I picked up the last Sensortite set but no History #7

3 out fo 4 was a good result for my first proper look.

Aaargh. Fourth weekend of trying to get them at Tottenham branch. This time, I asked the duty manager (who to his credit was very well-informed and friendly). He said they had had the range in on shelf this morning and at 8am one guy came in and scooped the lot (he even mimed the action of the customer sweeping everything g up in his arms LOL). This is getting really frustrating now, though. It’s a two/hour round trip amd I’ve probably now spent as much in fares over these weekends as the extra it would have cost to get them on eBay.

I’d put money on the Marinus and Sensorite sets making their way onto Character’s online site before the year is out. The Zygons, Axos, and Companions of the 4th Doctor are still available, and cheaper than they were in B&M.

It only seems to be Dalek and Tardis sets that don’t end up on there, which is not surprising. Considering they’re so collectable, they sell out the quickest. But all the other sets seem to hang around on the shelves for months on end. I even saw one of the UNIT sets on a shelf a couple of weeks ago.

the sets on the Character site and ebay are unsold/returned USA stock. I would serious concerns for the future of the range if CO had to take back that level of stock and well it off themselves

I am now [ ] close to going on ebay to get the Power Of The Daleks set thanks to B&M’s roulette-style distribution on this wave! Ipswich has FOUR branches of B&M, and two waves back they each had a dedicated end-cap containing plenty of every single set available. This time though? They each only got ONE amount of the three packs, and as of today the Warren Heath storw has maybe 5 Sensorites sets left, in the CLEARANCE aisle, whilst the Anglia Retail Park one had 3 Sensorites sets left (as of yesterday), in such in a place you could quite easily miss them.
The only branch to receive any HOTD sets was the SMALLEST of the four Ipswich Branches (Eastgate/Carr Street), and even then (as far as I saw) it was only the Day Of Daleks/#7.
You’d have thought that after the last Wave debacle, and the huge amount of time between then and now, CO and B&M would have sorted things out (including the logistics/truck-driver issue), but whilst CO is announcing the second 2021 Wave, too many people have yet to get/complete the previous one, so what hope is there for us getting ANY of the next 6 sets?
