November 26th, 2016 - 4:49pmI hope sergeant Benton, captain Yates, and jo are very prominent parts of the story and not just used to sell the boxset.
Doctor Mysterio
November 20th, 2016 - 11:14pmThe cover lets this down. Yates and Benton could have been better represented. Did they run out of time?
Floppy Who
November 19th, 2016 - 9:52pmKaty Manning has been raving about this series at the Pandorica Convention in Bristol today. Apparently there is a very discussion between Osgood and Jo Grant involving Omega….
Floppy Who
November 19th, 2016 - 9:53pm(Sorry… That should have read “very good discussion”..!)

November 18th, 2016 - 4:37pmAm I the only one who thinks this is the last nail in the coffin for this series? It has suffered short running in box one, downright boring in box two to the extent I never got to the end. I’ve not bought box 3 (yet) and don’t think I want to.
Boxset 4 is just a repeat of ‘The Silurians’ and UNIT cd series 1 bringing back the previous inhabitants of this planet.
There are more exciting things in UNIT, why not bring back Kreiner, Arrowsmith, Malcolm, Bambera or the Vault team?

November 18th, 2016 - 10:47pmWHAT? Extinction was almost perfection as was shutdown. the Tengobushi are probably the best villian created by big finish and extinction was a perfection of the earth invasion story.

November 19th, 2016 - 4:10pmI just couldn’t get through it.
Doctor Mysterio
November 20th, 2016 - 11:11pmBambera coming back is long overdue.
Doctor Who Big Finish Reviewer
November 26th, 2016 - 4:51pmI really want bambera to come back, she is one of the only supporting characters I liked from the McCoy era.

November 18th, 2016 - 1:10pmBig Finish seem to be the only producers of Doctor Who who know what the fans want to see
Colin
November 18th, 2016 - 2:06pmThey are absolutly hitting the nail on the head this year. So many amazing releases that have not failed to deliever

November 18th, 2016 - 4:58pmAgreed. I’ll never understand how the BBC haven’t caught on to how many much-loved actors and characters are so eager to return that they’ll do the audio adventures. One of the best thing about the show is its recurring cast (with exceptions of the Paternoster gang anyway…) but Moffat seems to have forgotten that

November 20th, 2016 - 3:54pmSame with Torchwood
Doctor Mysterio
November 17th, 2016 - 11:11pmGreat to see John Levene back. His companion chronicle was really good.
The Dalek Whovian
November 17th, 2016 - 10:01pmThis could be one of the best audios. Why is this not a TV series?
Doctor Mysterio
November 20th, 2016 - 11:10pmIt’d be better than Class.
TheAgeOfUltron
November 17th, 2016 - 8:54pmSurprised to see Jo Grant and Sea Devils.
Jordan Scott
November 17th, 2016 - 7:50pmThat Sea Devil really fits in with the modern characters and monsters on this cover! I really want them to return!
Koquillian
November 17th, 2016 - 6:23pmwow how utterly stunning! so excited for this! hopefully the old guard may get a series of their own after this?

November 17th, 2016 - 7:01pmI’m amazed that they’ve persuaded John Levene back on side.
This could bode well for future Third Doctor Adventures sets (although it may be that Levene is simply against the idea of doing Third Doctor stories without Jon Pertwee around – which seems understandable).
The main difficulty I would expect is how to do a Pertwee UNIT story without Nick Courtney as the Brig. Perhaps BF could come up with a period of a few months where he goes on a mission abroad, leaving the Doc, Jo, Benton and Yates behind…?

November 17th, 2016 - 4:51pmI’d like to see the warriors of the deep sea devils in the set too.

November 18th, 2016 - 11:43pmWhen you’re listening, just imagine the Sea Devils are from Warriors of the Deep. Problem Solved.
Mr Sandman
November 17th, 2016 - 4:44pmGood news, but has me worried the UNIT range will be limited to just four sets. I feel the same about Leela being in the fourth War Doctor set.

November 17th, 2016 - 3:56pmIm looking forward to hearing Nick Briggs voicing the sea devils

November 17th, 2016 - 3:10pmDoes anyone know where to find that image of Osgood?
The real master
November 17th, 2016 - 2:57pmI’m sensing a theme with these new series box sets
The Outcast
November 17th, 2016 - 1:33pmI’ve always liked the idea of combining New and Classic who, so I may look into this release. 🙂
