September 11th, 2021 - 4:14amits not, its the anniversary of the Characters last regular appearance in Doctor Who 45 years ago in the The Hand of Fear, That’s what the anniversary collection is 1st and last appearances in the show there is a whole range of it nothing to do with a persons death.
