I’ve given up hoping for the figures I wished for. After this, there ‘s no way we’ll get a new Clara figure, and the velvet red…we need one. I can’t say much about the repaint of the 12th dr figure as it’s literally just a repaint.

October 27th, 2016 - 11:15amPerhaps it may be nothing, but everyone has assumed it’s either an arm or a leg. But it could be a cape, or maybe we are supposed to be looking at the reflection.
Anyway, I’m guessing it’s going to be a variant. 10 was a repaint, the playset was a re-release, and 12 is a brand new figure but had been released in different outfits before. So it could be a Clara variant, although I hope it isn’t. I hated Clara so much.

That black trouser leg could just as easily be from a series 4 Rose figure than that of a Twelfth Doctor.
Of course like a lot of people, I’m trying not to get my hopes too high. However If I can have one guess as to a figure that would take us by surprise then it would be this.

October 26th, 2016 - 1:54pmI agree, I reckon its a Twelfth Doctor variant of some sorts and that its either an improved Twelfth Doctor from Series 8 with the addition of a waistcoat, a Series 9 Twelfth Doctor in hoodie or a Hell Bent Twelfth Doctor wearing the coat he wore for the majority of the episode. If its not that then my guess would be an Eleventh Doctor in green coat.

The last teaser showed a bit of the TARDIS and everyone was like omg it’s a twelfth Doctor and Clara two pack set with flipping lights and explosions and it can actually fly and travel in time but it turned out to be a re release of 10s TARDIS so let’s not all hope for too much

I don’t think its a Clara from Face the Raven anymore as I find it hard to belive that this is what its teasing at and also Jenna Coleman has left the show now so releasing a new Clara figure would be like shutting the door after the horse has bolted.

Its actually a pretty sad day we when we have to discount figures, even of key characters because they are not well known over the pond

October 26th, 2016 - 10:15amThe thing is though, looking at the promo image for Hoodie 12, This image doesn’t look like either of the legs on that figure. I don’t think it is just another 12 variant. I personally think its either Bill or Clara from the final 3 stories of series nine, though it could possibly be Osgood or rose. As you can see, lots of ideas of what it could be. I’ll be happy as long as it’s something new. 🙂

October 26th, 2016 - 10:22amI could be wrong but I don’t think the image backs up the argument that its a Clara figure as it doesn’t look like its from a female companion. The reason why I think its another Twelve variant is because why would UT go through such lengths to make a new Twelfth Doctor in hoodie variant for the sculpt to be only used once. From a company like UT’s perspective it would make a lot more sense to make another variant out of it as the only difference tahtbwould need to be made would be to switch out the t-shirt for a hooley jumper and repaint the trousers. Think of it this way, it is highly possible that the last figure may be a velvet Twelve variant so why would they reveal that sooner rather than later? Also I don’t think a Bill figure will happen until after Series 10 has aired next year.

October 26th, 2016 - 10:35amLast year we got 5 figures shown at SDCC. Now granted we already knew about the 4 variants of 12, we still got 2 new figures shown to us (one was just a repaint). Going off last year it could be another 12 variant, with 10 being the Clara and the playset being the curator set. But seeing as this year has had the 13 Doctors set and now the B&M sets are part of the collectors series, I think this next figure may take the place of the 8th Doctor from last year and that we’ll see the other Hoodie variants when Toys R Us get them.

If this the case then we may have to wait even longer for the final reveal because that may be just as popular, not that that’s a problem though as it makes it more fun.
