February 27th, 2014 - 8:14pmWell I got a very big parcel and when I opened it there were Omega and the new Cyberman both great figurines no complaints whatsoever but when I opened the Emperor box the head piece was in several pieces so not a happy camper.
I’ve emailed eaglemoss about it so if I’m lucky they’ll replace it.

March 1st, 2014 - 12:46pmI emailed them and told them about the damage and was told I’d need to send a photograph before they would send a replacement, so they are basically doubting my word I’ve a good mind to cancel my subscription as I’m def not a happy camper now.
