Well I got a very big parcel and when I opened it there were Omega and the new Cyberman both great figurines no complaints whatsoever but when I opened the Emperor box the head piece was in several pieces so not a happy camper.
I’ve emailed eaglemoss about it so if I’m lucky they’ll replace it.

I emailed them and told them about the damage and was told I’d need to send a photograph before they would send a replacement, so they are basically doubting my word I’ve a good mind to cancel my subscription as I’m def not a happy camper now.

I repaired it with superglue myself I just couldn’t be bothered with Eaglemoss’s customer service people.

You’d probably break it trying to take it off of one of these.

These aren’t the 5″ figures, these are small 3″-4″ resin statues.
