The Doctor is a mysterious character from another time and another world. He has a time machine called the TARDIS, which is disguised as a police box and was bigger on the inside than on the outside.
Discovering the TARDIS in a scrapyard, two teachers are involuntarily taken on a journey back to the year 100,000 BC, and end up adventuring through time and space with the Doctor.

I thought it was the same figure as in the two pack with the saucer Dalek, just minus the shilleleagh, but I’ve read some comments that say it’s a “new” variant

November 8th, 2013 - 11:11amWell to answer my own question, from the online research I’ve done, it appears that there’s NO difference between this Hartnell fig and the SDCC one packed in with the saucer Dalek, except he’s missing the walking stick. So those claiming it’s a new variant are mistaken I think.

Ipswich had at least 2 sets representing the 3rd,4th and 8th Doctors whilst there was also a single 11th Doctor set left. Mine was the last of the 1st Doctor sets on the shelf. Also abundant numbers of the other Doctor’s packs… Hope this helps!

I remember having the original Dalek collectors set, but when I got this I was young so they got played with a lot.
The only one to survive out of the three was the Dead planet Dalek, until I lost It’s eye stalk two years ago.
So for nostalgia I might get this set.
