The Vortex Manipulator

Captain Jack’s personal time-travel device, supplied with a miniature Sonic Screwdriver. Both items include light effects and are highly detailed. The Vortex Manipulator is used by Captain Jack throughout the Doctor Who Series. It features a light, an adjustable strap and a removable cover.

    river songs vortex manipulator is the same as jacks but river songs do not have a flap. :| ]
