Probably does not recognise the master in utopia because, as explained in the time war 1 stories, as history and time changes due to the war it effect memories, even the doctors. So maybe something major happens.

    Hey, I have an idea

Get someone to play a young war doctor

I mean, is that actually possible, I mean, no offence to John hurt

But I would love a younger war doctor

Okay, slightly feel like this was meant for The War Doctor, sadly that is never to happen. I also love The Masters sonic, remidns me of the type that could be built using the Build you Own Sonice sets
