If there is to be a Tardis console room (which believe me, there must be) I would want the one from the Pertwee era, with the emerald/green time rotor, and maybe the funky suction-cup decore on the walls (from the episode the TimeMonster).

And regardless (absolutely regardless) of how much it would cost to make, we need a moving time-rotor, one that glows, and the hat-stand aswell as the fold-out computer pad seen in Logopolis. The yshould make a Tardis console room from Logopolis first, because the Time-rotor later on is the best one ever.

Funnily enough my fav Cyber-design are those feature in “The Wheel in Space.” Remember when Jarvis confronted one’ it was so huged, it really towered over him, you got the impression of size and strength.

There is no age restriction here but like anything younger people should make their parents / guardians aware where they are posting and make sure they are happy with it.

    hi booboo,
these doctor who construction sets, are they or are they not Lego. because my mam says that that it is tatty pieces of Lego, and then she claimed that they are like play mobile and they are for 6 year old. please can you “prove her wrong” and tell her what they actually are, because they look very great!

are they or are they not Lego.

Its is not Lego simply because they can’t call it that, It is characters version of Lego. It is compatible with Lego and is very similar in appearance except the figures which are more “rounded”. The vast majority of people really like the look of it. I saw it all myself on display at the toy fair and i was really taken a back as to the quantity and variety of sets and figures on offer. We will be buying all the sets and doing our usual images when its available for sale. Hopefully (fingers crossed) i might be able to tell you much more in a couple of weeks.

There will probably only be sets from the Eleventh Doctor Era. Since it is aimed at younger children there isn’t really a market for classic sets. and character options don’t seem to be making anymore merchandise for the Ninth Doctor or Tenth Doctor eras

I have no doubt a classic console room would sell, question is would it be enough

Cyberking would be awesome. But I think Character have decided to leave the 10th Doc’s era alone now…oddly as they still do tons of classics.

What I don’t understand is why (when they create boxset releases) they keep the classic and new series seperate. If they’re creating an ‘auton’ boxset they need ‘Rose’ and ‘The Pandorica Opens’ on it too. Likewise, the cybermen should have had a boxset with both ‘Tomb Of The Cybermen’ and ‘Rise Of The Cybermen’.

    i agree

I’m excited about Terror Of The Autons being released. The Master 40 years old now! Oh my giddy aunt! For a future episode of Dr Who I think the Doctor should meet William Blake in a weeping angels storyline, be attacked by toys in a new auton episode and meet cybermen in the old Communist Russia! Commie cybes with hammer+sickle logos upon their chests! You will become identical! You shall become like us!
