September 30th, 2012 - 9:31amthere are so so so many ways of getting out of this but moffat killed them off since they were leaving the show in real life. i mean they could come back next series possibly but the chances are that they wont. if there isnt either a farewell ponds set or at least have the doctor, rory, amy and river in the next figure wave

September 29th, 2012 - 8:39pmWell i’ll admit it. When Amy joined Rory at the top of the building and they slowly drifted off it…I cried. I don’t think they could have done that scene any more emotional.
And Amy’s last word was Goodbye. I didn’t think i would get this emotional over it, but i have.
9/10 Overall. Because if i’m honest, i think it would have been so much more upsetting and memorable if they dided falling off the building.
Can’t wait to watch it again.

If you think about it, if they did a spin off, they could have lived their lives? So Does Adric remain the only Companion death? Or does this count?

September 23rd, 2012 - 5:13pmI think it was too short as well – the Shakri appearance in it was far too short for the main villain. The episode didn’t feel to have any threat to it. Still enjoyed it though.

September 17th, 2012 - 9:08pmwhat did i think about this episode? brilliant, of course, but doctor who production are very slow..we have to wait months to get half of half of a normal 22 episodes season as normal tv shows have. we waited for so long..and now other 2 episodes and dw has finished before even having started alnost…. boring

September 9th, 2012 - 3:18pmI liked this episode better than Asylum of the Daleks because it was more humorous and they didn’t focus as much on important things in the story line. (i.e. Amy and Rory possibly not coming back, etc…) It was just a happy adventure for the ‘gang’

September 9th, 2012 - 11:44amThe first thing I thought was “Blimey, this is the most rushed episode ever !” but apart from the opening, it wasn’t TOO rushed.
When they got to the beach scene, it felt like things finally slowed down and we could catch our breath. 😯
The dinosaurs looked great, and it’s very re-assuring that a special-effects extravagansa episode like this one, STILL has that heart and soul that makes Doctor Who great. You need that emotional value.
One thing I don’t get, how can they leave that egyptian queen with the hunter-guy at the end ? ❓

Very much so that they went back to the correct daleks not the big coloured ones …ok for a leader but i like the normal sized ones they look just right no matter how they are changed updated.

Just saw it and loved it, I really liked the twist at the end, Doctor Who is getting a little more adult though isn’t it, Rory and Amy splitting up because she can’t give him children, old who would be that they just felt like their paths were going in separate ways or some old rubbish, in short I actually loved it, though i only spotted about three classic daleks.
