They’ll all rush into the nearest Tesco, WH Smith or where ever this magazine is being sold, and they’ll grab any issue they can get their hands on, even if it means pulling at each others hair just so they get a nice little figurine of him.

September 26th, 2013 - 8:18amIt’s likely because retailers only carry part work magazines for a limited number of issues (I believe it’s generally around six weeks) after which point you can only get it by ordering it in via the retailer or subscribing to the collection. It’s possible that this collection will be carried by retailers for a longer period what with the 50th approaching and bringing increased awareness which would explain the lack of classic figures until later in the series (modern Who just sells better to the wider audience).
