August 29th, 2009 - 4:05amThanks for that I’ve now pre ordered both of them along with The First and Second Doctor which should come for my Birthday.
I only hope that character realize a companion and I think we should see which are the top three classic companions that people would like to see come out mine are:
1. Sarah Jane Smith
2. Tegan Jovanka
3. Mel or Susan or Liz

August 28th, 2009 - 2:54pmThey are exclusive to FP so no where else will have them and its very unlikely they will be available before that date but shipments do arrive early so you never know.
If you pre order at http://forbiddenplanet.com/ this is your best bet to get one as soon as they are out.
This figure is exclusive to FP.COM not FB.CO.UK like the 1st/2nd doctors so they should get them 1st

August 28th, 2009 - 5:02amI’d like to see companions out with monsters too like Jo with Giant Maggots and Ace with Special weapons Dalek or Sarah Jane with Styre.
Slitheen scout
August 23rd, 2009 - 10:55pmI don’t mind the fact the monsters are being realised with the Doctors but I would like to see a companion realised with a monster.
Who-ray
August 14th, 2009 - 5:04pmOMG! What fab mouth watering images!!
So much better than the first images. And, the Dalek with the Orange lights. How about one (a one off) a Dalek with all the scratches and missing slats just like on TV?
And to the person who noticed the Sea Devil’s gun incorreclty in its holster – well done you for excellent observation! (I wonder if they have issued the correct version of the sonic screwdriver with this Dr?).
Juddon Master
August 13th, 2009 - 2:40amI think that these figures are good because Jon Pertwee is the best.
But I don’t think we need another Sea Devil I’d sooner have a Silurian or for it to come with Jo Grant as well.
I hope I manage to get one and I’d like to see classic companion figures like Sarah Jane or Tegan.
The Doctor’s Stalker
August 11th, 2009 - 7:32amI’ve noticed a few differences between the old and new Sea Devils.
1. The new one’s heat ray has black edging in the middle (the old had gold) and around the edge it is silver (the old was gold).
2. In the centre of each leg on the old was a little brown stripe which faded to the green. On this, it’s just a solid green.
3. The hands are a much darker green on the new than on the old one.
4. On the gills at the back of the head on this one, it goes a bit lighter, whereas on the old one, it just stayed the same as the on the main bit of the head (aside from the reddish brown bits).
5. And finally, the overall colour of its’ skin is a dark green and looks kind of shiny, whereas the old was a mediumly light shade and wasn’t shiny.
In conclusion, I think this figure is the same mould, with the same articulation, but with a new paint job. Very exciting.

Anyhow these new releases look fab, you need to get some pics of the actual Pertwee figures on here like you have done with the 1st and 2nd Doctors, i was going to pass them buy until i saw those and have now ordred them from forbidden planet, the promos aren’t doing the 3rd Doctor justice i dont think, i have seen some pics from comic con of the finished articualted figures and they look much better
