It’s way better because it also has a bomb count down on his chest (two of the triangles in the circle are red and a third is yellow as if about to turn red). This is better because it adds more purpose to showing his robotic side in this first place, plus it’s better for recreating the scene when the Doctor and Amy are talking to him to try and stop the bomb from going off.
