Remote 13″ Dalek Drone – Pictures / Video

Radio Controlled Dalek Drone

Many years ago, the Daleks sent out thousands of egg-shaped Progenitors containing the genetic coding of the race, so that new Daleks could be created whenever necessary. One of these Progenitors was found in war-torn England during the Second World War and transported to a Dalek ship.

However, because the Daleks that found it had been genetically modified by their creator Davros, using his own DNA, the Progenitor did not acknowledge them as pure Daleks, until the Doctor identified them as such and the Progenitor created a new race of powerful Daleks as a result.

These Daleks were led by the white-cased Supreme, the red-coloured Drones, the enigmatically titled yellow cased Eternal, blue cased Strategists and orange Scientists.

This fully functional radio controlled 13” Dalek Drone includes a handset with ‘Dual Stick’ movement control, 10 Dalek phrases and exterminator gun sound effect, activated using the five button sound selector. Also includes an illuminated eye, poseable gun and arm. Dalek requires 4 x AA included. Controller requires 1 x 9V not included. For ages 5 years and over.

I got this from a car boot sale today for £2, but it was missing the detachable parts. I also got a Bronze Dalek money box without eye for £1 and a 5″ Dalek Sec minus eye for 50p.

We did, yes, but these were released in 2010 and are long sold out now…

Our distributor has them listed as ‘preorder’ though, so looks like they are trying to get some more in (but I don’t know if they will).

Fantastic sculpy, would have prefered it bigger than the Dalek Sec RC but still… One downside was the retarded voice, it sounded like the dalek was on crack!
