*Set 3 will start with issue 32
*There are 126 new cards
*special edition ultra rare
*6 cards with each magazine
*different cards with each issue so you are guaranteed to complete if you get each magazine
*suggests cards will only be available with the magazine

There are 52 fortnightly issues to collect. Part 1 is £1.50, thereafter it’s £2.60 though you can also buy sets one and two of the card packs separately at £1.50 per pack of nine cards.

June 14th, 2012 - 8:22pmjust like top gear and the’re set 3 cards. they done exactly the same thing and ended it with set 3. its very annoying but it will go on after issue 52. once the set finishes they’ll have to carry it on from issue 52 because its a random number to stop at and theres no point plus series seven would of finished by then so they’ll release set 4 in may 2012 because 21 issues x 6 cards = 126 cards so 21 issues divided by 2 because you recieve 2 issues together so thats 11 months which is may 2013 & dr who s7 finishes spring 2013 (february – april)

June 14th, 2012 - 11:43pmPlus, just look at the card numbers for the rarities. Every single card is accounted for just from the rares and ultra rares. There will not be any other rarities in this set except from the special edition cards.

June 15th, 2012 - 6:14amThat’s exactly why I don’t like it either! What’s the fun of opening Hess packs and known what you get? And NO Commons?! Why couldn’t they at least put 20 of them! I think though they will still sell set 2 packs, like they did with set 1.
Also, it looks like they are making cards more from Classics and Series 3-6. So that means, if they do extend the issues (maybe to 75), then in issue 53 (May 2013) we could have a Set 4, with maybe around 150 cards, including: SJA, Classics and Series 1-7 (both parts). But not limited! Just like Set 1 and 2.

The cards were done good, much better than BIT. 🙂
But now, here are the differences:
• No commons or Super Rare 3Ds. Every card game has Commons, this is crazy?
• Less cards. Take set 2 for example. Extreme was 180 cards and now Ultimate 126 cards. How did BIT manage it?
• 6 cards in every pack and not sold in shops. WHAT?!
Maybe this is just an exclusive set, hopefully a new set in issue 52 but like Extreme and Set 1 will do nicely. 🙂

I presume that means no commons or super rares, five rares per issue and one ultra rare. Plus you also have your extra five cards which gives cards 127-131 in the third set (so 472-476).

Seeing that you only get cards with the magazine, they couldn’t put packets in it. Will they bring out a new binder as the current one won’t be able to store all three sets? Hopefully, these and many more questions will be answered soon…

June 12th, 2012 - 1:02pmHello everybody! I’ve been thinking about Monster Invasion Set 3 for a few days now, so here’s what I probably think will happen:
• There will probably be only around 130-40 cards, as I’ve written down as much as I can think, but there aren’t many Classics, so if you think of any then we could make it around 150.
• Subscribers should receive issue 32 within a week later after it’s released in shops, just like what happened with issue 11.
• Luckily though, who ever subscribes to DWA, will probably receive a pack the day before S3 Launch!

• What will the Infinite be in this set? My suggestions are Cybermat Attack or maybe Peg Doll Transformation. But, it will be a mystery until the website will put it up… But, maybe they won’t have one in set 3? We’ll just have to wait and see…
• Which aliens will cover the packs and tins for MI Ultimate? Obviously, it will be either the Cybermen or Weeping Angels, as they are one of the most famous aliens. In my opinion, I would like the Cybermen!

Peg Doll Transformation would be a great Infinite card. Not really sure how a Death of the Doctor card could be acheived though. I assume Cybermat Attack would be Bitey (;)) opening and closing his mouth. If so, then that would also be a great Infinite card. 🙂
