January 13th, 2012 - 9:36pmI phoned them up on monday asking where issues 17 & 18 were and they said that they send it to a warehouse on friday the 6th and should come by the 20th. This may be the same for your issues 16 and 17 that you are expecting. Hope this helps.

January 18th, 2012 - 3:55pmHmmm. I subscribed after issue 7 was published. Tin(with Amy card) rec’d in October. First received issues 9&10(+Sonic Screwdriver subscriber gift) the first week of November then issues 13&14 in the last week of November last year.
Nothing else received since. Multiple queries (email/phone) to the DWMI team (since October)and I’m still waiting. Last I heard was an email last week promising to get back to me the next day.
Anyone else in a worse situation? Are there too many subscribers/DWMI team unable to cope?
