Today issue 17 and 18 came with another battle pack an no sonic screwdriver! I’m also still waiting for my Amy Tin which they said was coming.

Hopefully we can expect something similar here.

Because there was a problem with my account that was delaying mt issues (I haven’t even go Issues 13 and 14 yet, they should have arrived weeks ago), the MI Team have agreed to send me a bulk order of Issues 13 – 18. Plus they gave me Issues 13 and 14 for free! They were sent out First Class today so hopefully they’ll arrive soon. That’ll be a lot of reading for me though!

December 20th, 2011 - 10:40amThe magazines are less easier to find now. I suggest checking your local Tesco though. The cards are easier to find but if you know any shop which sells cards or stickers or whatever, you will most likely find some there.

December 19th, 2011 - 3:36pmIssue 18 is not out till Wednesday 4th January 2012. I have issue 18 but that’s only because I subscribe. I do recommend you subscribe to the mag. If you want to ring them up about a subscription ring them up, they’re really helpful.

I still haven’t received issue 17 despite being (apparently) a subscriber. The last email I had (14th Dec) stated that ‘the latest issues will be sent out and should (probably) be with you by the weekend’.
I have had Major problems with my subscription, the last issues received were 13&14 and previously 9&10. No sign of issues 11&12 or most of the ones before issue 9.
I’ve lost track of the number of queries (email/phone) sent to them. Can anyone advise of a more effective method of getting my sub sorted?

In the end I emailed This person who is in charge of customer service and she sorted everything out(was very apologetic and replied to emails very quickly). The persons email address is

be warned though they do not have any of issue 12 n stock and they are unlikely to get any more in. I think i got one of the last copies Ingrid had in her office.

I don’t expect much to happen before the New Year(it’s now far too close to Christmas).
Yup, the issues they don’t have on their back-issues page are all sold out. I had a reply saying that they would put my missing issues on ‘back order’ (ie scrabble around and locate copies from a third party?) and send a refund.
Can anyone guess if that’s happened yet?
(oh no it hasn’t, oh yes it has, oh no it hasn’t -sorry, Panto season is upon us)

The MI website also has a message stating that from November, titles previously published by BBC Magazines will instead be published by another company (with BBC Worldwide also involved).
Click on ‘help’ and look at the bit about BBC Magazines change of ownership.

(this is another piece of news I missed out on – I had to look at the website to learn about it).
