There are 52 fortnightly issues to collect. Part 1 is £1.50, thereafter it’s £2.60 though you can also buy the card packs separately at retail at £1.50 per pack of nine cards.
Doctor Who Monster Invasion Extreme is the second set and contains 180 new cards featuring all the latest monsters, characters and adventures from the series, and includes a new and truly terrifying lenticular infinite card. This brings a combined total of 345 cards.

October 27th, 2011 - 4:17pmbooboo, issues 13 and 14 came today along with my subscribers tin! i’ve now got 2 limited edition cards (doctor and amy autograph cards), 3 ultra rares (the cult of skaro, headless monks and psychic container) and 4 super rares (alaya, dalek scientist, dalek eternal and silent) plus on the tin i noticed that the footie doctor card has the title eleventh doctor i know its probavly just promo images but i thought i’d point it out.

I’ve got 3 ultra rares ( Headless Monks, Time – Lord Psychic Container and The Cult of Skaro ) and 3 super rare 3-Ds ( Dalek Eternal, Silent and Alaya ) My friend has just ordered a box with 24 packs off the website and all doubles he gets ( including super rare 3-ds, ultra rares, rares and if he gets double the infinate!!!!!!!!) Anyway he gives me doubles for free anyway!!!!!!!

October 27th, 2011 - 2:58pmWell I think battles in time was terrible anyway. Set 1 of monster invasion was great but set 2 has taken a step back into battles in time land which is a shame as set 1 was so good.

October 27th, 2011 - 2:54pmNot near me. All shops had none absoloutely none then all of a sudden they all had issue 12 when it came out plus I read a few comments on here saying they could not find it anywhere so I think it must have been delivered to only a certain number of shops

i thought the sycorax would be against the dark horde not the minotaur in issue 14
and in issue 15 madame vastra is against the judoon captain when she is meant to be against francessco.

October 26th, 2011 - 9:06pmThere are two Sycorax cards one from The Christmas Invasion, one from The Pandorica Opens (which is in the slam down with THe DArk Horde) so the Sycorax can be in two slamdowns as technically they are defeated in this battle but will win the other one with the Dark Horde so it’s not as though they will be featured twice.

I wasn’t aware of it, my issue 14 hasn’t arrived yet. Maybe it could be that they are mixing them up and we can only tell one of the combatants from the cards from now on.

Quite annoying really. By the way what ultra rares do you have dw2005? It’s been a long time since we spoke! 😉

Also It’s a lot easier to get super rare 3ds as I have all of them ( Or I will do when I get my swaps from Jamie Weston ) And at the moment I have 3 Alayas but at one point I had 3 Dalek scientists and 5 alayas. Pointlessly Needless.
