LEGO® Ideas 21304 Doctor Who Set by Andrew Clark RRP £49.99 Due December 1st
Construct a stunningly detailed LEGO® version of the iconic TARDIS® and role-play the Doctor’s time-travel adventures!
Created by fan-designer Andrew Clark and selected by LEGO Ideas members, this set is based on the BBC’s popular and long-running television series about a Time Lord – the Doctor – exploring the universe in a blue police box.
Due to trans-dimensional engineering, the TARDIS is bigger on the inside than the outside and this cool multifunctional set includes the console room that houses all the flight controls.
Regenerate the Doctor and defeat the evil Daleks™ and a Weeping Angel with the help of his extraordinary companion Clara. Then close the doors of the TARDIS and launch into another dimension!
Includes 4 minifigures with assorted accessory elements: the Eleventh Doctor, the Twelfth Doctor, Clara Oswald and a Weeping Angel, plus 2 Daleks™.
Lego Dimensions…
Build the minifigure heroes and fire-up the game to start the experience, then follow the in-game build instructions to assemble the loose bricks into the LEGO Gateway, and place the structure on the LEGO Toy Pad.
Available to buy in the UK from www.amazon.co.uk
Available to buy in the USA from www.amazon.com #ad
Expand the adventure by collecting more minifigures, vehicles, gadgets, and new levels with the purchase of three different types of expansion packs. Use whatever minifigure with whichever vehicle or gadget – go ahead… break the rules!

October 6th, 2015 - 3:48pmThe only part which bugs me is that there are no walls – otherwise I can’t wait to get it.

October 6th, 2015 - 3:40pmbooboo do you think they will release figure blind bags?
cyberdoctor42
October 6th, 2015 - 5:59pmI can tell you they almost certainly shall not
The Living Shadow
October 8th, 2015 - 1:35pmI think they will, there are so many key characters in doctor who which they’ll know fans will want to see, and The Simpsons blind bags sold well! Infact so well that they made another wave of blind bags and you could argue that doctor who has more iconic characters than the Simpsons. Whether or not they do make them, it’d be silly if they didn’t!

October 6th, 2015 - 3:39pm10p a brick apparently
The Eleventh
October 21st, 2015 - 1:37amDon’t forget Lego has to pay BBC to use the doctor, daleks and the TARDIS
JasonisnotaRobot
October 6th, 2015 - 3:28pmLooks brilliant! Legos next move should be a Lego Doctor Who video game!
Lego Who
October 6th, 2015 - 9:29pmWhy do you think they have added Dr who to Lego dimensions with its own campaign?
NathanWho
October 6th, 2015 - 1:52pmDo the Lego Dimensions packs come with the game mode or just the minifigure and the minibuilds?
76 Totters Lane
October 6th, 2015 - 3:38pmThe Level Pack has a ‘Doctor Who’ level on as well as the figures, but the Fun Pack of the Dalek and Cyberman is just the figures to play in the game.
Anonymous
October 6th, 2015 - 3:53pmThey also both contain the doctor who world to free roam in
Daz
October 6th, 2015 - 1:24pmI like the set but not sure if I will get it yet as perfer to see it in reality at the lego store first…
I imagine they have left out the Capaldi costume so people buy the lego dimensions dr who level set.
NathanWho
October 6th, 2015 - 1:59pmLEGO are stupid like that, they want to get you to buy all their products, which in reality is what any shop would do.
76 Totters Lane
October 6th, 2015 - 3:40pmThey’re probably going to do a Minifigure Series of all 13 Doctors, which will more than likely include Capaldi in his normal outfit.
Anonymous
October 6th, 2015 - 12:32pmits great but its a bit pricey
NathanWho
October 6th, 2015 - 1:58pmI think that they price the sets on the number of minifigure. Since there are five that adds up. Also, it has quite a lot of pieces so that also adds up. Finally, LEGO had to pay Doctor Who in order for them to make a set which they are trying to get back.
Using these factors, you can see that the price is actually decent.
cyberdoctor42
October 6th, 2015 - 6:01pmAlso Lego ideas sets are often slightly more pricey than most sets because they aren’t sold in supermarkets or anything like that
booboo
October 6th, 2015 - 6:14pmso where do you get them, I assumed BBC shop and places would have this?
Anonymous
October 6th, 2015 - 6:28pmBoo boo going by latest things only the LEGO shop will get them, possible BBC but very unlikely
booboo
October 6th, 2015 - 6:48pmBBC shop no apparently at the moment
Dalekparadigm2
October 6th, 2015 - 9:19pmThey’ve been known to turn up in Toymaster Stores in the UK
Whovastron
October 7th, 2015 - 9:50pmexcuse me but ideas sets are sold virtually everywhere. Lego shop, toys r us, entertainer and toymaster all stock them.

October 7th, 2015 - 10:02pmwell thats good, for some
NathanWho
October 6th, 2015 - 11:27amBooboo,
Is this the only doctor who Lego set that is set for release?
If so, then I am annoyed that the Twelfth Doctor doesn’t come in his regular outfit. Also, why is Smith in his tweed? If Capaldi is wearing the purple frock then surely Smith should be wearing his with he bow tie also…
Finally, is the Lego dimensions 12th doctor removable from his base so he can be used as a regular minifigure to go with this set.
I really like set anyways.
Please reply!
booboo
October 6th, 2015 - 11:39amthis set is loosely “based” on Time of the Doctor, its also very close to the lego idea set which is what this is all about
dont know about the other things i doubt it will be the last we see, the most know an 12/13 Doctor set would sell loads

October 6th, 2015 - 1:05pmYes, they are detachable from there bases
Anonymous
October 6th, 2015 - 10:36amI am clearly missing why everyone is excited. The TARDIS looks quite cool but the mini figs are terrible…I mean just look at those Daleks!?! Character Building figs are far far better.
And why is Lego SO expensive.
Not for me, but pleased for all the Lego fans.
The Eleventh
October 7th, 2015 - 11:37amCharacter was cheap and looked way to plastic-y tbh, and this is so expensive because Lego has to pay BBC to be able to use Doctor Who
booboo
October 7th, 2015 - 1:07pmLooks about the same price as other Lego sets of its size
DannyTheNerd
October 6th, 2015 - 10:12amLooks epic! Only downside is 12 isn’t in his normal outfit
Anonymous
October 6th, 2015 - 3:11pmThat’s actually an upside for me, as I was getting Lego dimensions anyway so I would rather have him in regen costume than have doubles
DannyTheNerd
October 6th, 2015 - 6:25pmYeah, but i’m not getting lego dimensions, as i don’t have any of the consoles its available on sadly. Only have a Wii, DSI and PS2
Liason Ice
October 6th, 2015 - 7:49amI expected it to be bigger but it’s still beautiful.
Only let down is the Daleks, I’m glad I got the CB ones while they were available.
I’m thinking I might get a spare 12th doctor figure so I can give it a bow tie and make a custom 11th doctor in his purple costume
mark Belsom
October 6th, 2015 - 10:24amI’ll have to dig out my CB 12 doctors set.
Doctor 909
October 6th, 2015 - 7:29amThis looks really cool! The only problem with it is that it’s quite dated now as Matt Smith regenerated some time ago now and the fact that he has his tweed jacket to go with Clara, just isn’t right. But anyway, it looks cool and I might try to pick one up, but knowing Lego it will extraordinary high!
MrHalloWho
October 6th, 2015 - 7:01amHad to watch this again, after seeing this set:

MrHalloWho
October 6th, 2015 - 6:57amWhy is the 11th Doctor’s tweed jacket so long on the LEGO figures?
Zygon63
October 6th, 2015 - 7:17amBecause they obviously didn’t do their research properly.
cyberdoctor42
October 6th, 2015 - 7:26amBecause Lego scales weird, trust me.
Cyberman Bill
October 6th, 2015 - 6:29amJust a question…..? Where can we get the TARDIS Lego set? I only see the other sets up for pre- order and I really would like the Lego Tardis play set. Am I missing something or is it not up for pre order yet?
Lego Who
October 6th, 2015 - 7:38amThe tardis on this set can be removed and put into its outside tardis theme
cyberdoctor42
October 6th, 2015 - 6:04pmLego don’t really do preorder, especially on the ideas sets
Anonymous
October 6th, 2015 - 3:48amAm I the only person sad seeing this wondering what happened to character building version of the tardis set but still is a nice set I hope the character building set will still come out one day
Cyberman Bill
October 6th, 2015 - 6:23amIt’s not going to come out. You haven’t heard that Character Options have stopped all Doctor Who products. In fact, they have stopped most of there products. This is the only set you will be able to get. Sorry. It’s still a great set.
TheAgeOfUltron
October 6th, 2015 - 7:44amALL DOCTOR WHO PRODUCTS don’t you just mean Character Building?
Cyberman Bill
October 6th, 2015 - 9:08pmYes, sorry…. I mean Character Building
Cyberman Bill
October 6th, 2015 - 9:09pmYes, TheAgeOfUltron….sorry…. That’s what I meant to say.
ahunter8056
October 6th, 2015 - 12:38amWell that is an absolutely brilliant set. The TARDIS exterior being able to be easily switched to the interior like that is genius! All of the LEGO characters included are great too, though bit surprised a Cyberman isn’t included as well. Looking forward to more LEGO in the future. As for this, this will be an excellent Christmas present for my little brothers.
Ply doc
October 5th, 2015 - 11:47pmI think usually these are just one set deals that’s why I recon they are putting in so many figures. Most the previous sets have done well but never see any more of that particular franchise. So prob no more sets
Whovastron
October 6th, 2015 - 12:18amMinecraft now has an entire range, and Ghostbusters is rumoured to be getting another set in January. So if this is popular who knows, maybe there will be more.

~the TARDIS~ 12600
October 6th, 2015 - 2:41amLego said it would be a line not just a set
Anonymous
October 6th, 2015 - 3:09pmThe TARDIS 126000 which theme did you say would be a line? Mine craft, ghostbusters or doctor who?
Fraser
October 5th, 2015 - 11:42pmYeah so I am gonna have to buy a LEGO dimensions set to get capaldi in costume…..there is another £20 gone
Whovastron
October 6th, 2015 - 12:17am£30 actually, that’s the price of the level packs.

cyberdoctor42
October 6th, 2015 - 8:29amYay! Exclusive figure that should be the standard version! Thanks Lego.
Redbeard
October 6th, 2015 - 2:09pmCyberdoctor42 stop being so difficult. No one is making you buy anything.
Fraser
October 5th, 2015 - 11:40pmI like the set but not the new LEGO daleks
Anonymous
October 5th, 2015 - 11:17pmdoes anyone reckon they’ll make more sets if this set becomes popular
The Living Shadow
October 6th, 2015 - 8:31amDefinitely. Doctor and Lego both have some of the largest fan-bases, so when they’re combined… There’s a lot of money for Lego and BBC. It’d be silly for them not to make this a larger range!
Anonymous
October 5th, 2015 - 11:12pmWhy have the daleks been redesigned?
booboo
October 5th, 2015 - 11:12pmbecause they are Lego Daleks
cyberdoctor42
October 6th, 2015 - 7:29amThey are redesigned from dimensions so that dalek design is still an exclusive build.
When The Doctor Was Me
October 5th, 2015 - 11:11pmLove the look of this! I think it could have done with atleast one back wall to enclose it a bit! But other than than that faultless!
The idea with opening the exterior to attached and become part of the interior is a genius idea and reflects the multi use of Lego perfectly!
Can’t wait to pre order this!
Anonymous
October 6th, 2015 - 1:09amWhat happens is the back closes in with hinges so it will be a full box

October 5th, 2015 - 11:10pmHow much in the uk?

October 6th, 2015 - 1:09amIt will be about 50-60$
Anonymous
October 5th, 2015 - 11:08pmHmmm, why did they have to do the old tardis?? Yeah it looks great but it’s the old tardis
booboo
October 5th, 2015 - 11:10pmits based on Time of the Doctor i assume
MrHalloWho
October 6th, 2015 - 7:00amIt’s only the time rotor that’s a different colour, really. I’m sure they’ve done those pieces in yellow or orange somewhere. Otherwise, they could always be spraypainted.
cyberdoctor42
October 6th, 2015 - 8:30amThey have brought those pieces out in orange in several sets.
TheDoctorEternal
October 5th, 2015 - 11:08pmI don’t think I’ll be getting this, twelfth Doctor in elevens costume hopefully there will be more
