John Barrowman: Torchwood Radio Plays To Return?

From www.cultbox.co.uk

John Barrowman has apparently announced plans for “three or four” new Torchwood radio plays.

Speaking at a press conference for US action drama Arrow, in which he plays Malcolm Merlyn, Barrowman reportedly commented: “I do know that we’re doing three or four radio plays for the BBC for Torchwood.”

He continued: “My sister and I are discussing the possibility of writing one of them and whether or not that leads to something [on TV] … But I’m full-time with Arrow now. It’s not a question of me not wanting to do it, it’s a question of the BBC wanting to do it or others wanting to do Torchwood. I know the fans are out there so I think they’d be silly not to.”

Wasn’t the hub blown up? Isn’t that why they moved to the us?

Hm…if this goes ahead, it’ll be interesting to see which characters and villains are involved. And of course, I’d welcome a new special episode or even series if it were to lead to that as well…

Nope… I love Torchwood. I wish they would have done more episodes with the original cast before most of them were killed off.

I’ve unfortunately only seen series 1 so far. I’ll have to pick up a few episodes into seriesb2 where I left off. And you are definitely NOT the only one who likes Torchwood. #BRINGBACKTORCHWOOD
