I love the Official Lovarzi products. Having already bought the other scarf & tank-top, I have also ordered the Burgundy version for early November as well!

it looks nice as a normal scarf, But as a replica it doesn’t do the original justice, not only is it not long enough, its neither wide enough or chunky either.

The stitching seems different too. Look on the original how separate the blue and burgundy small stripes are and compare it to the blue and red on the replica. Also not the use of brown. Not seeing that on the original.

After shelling out £50 for one last year, I am not too impressed with another scarf this year, particularly if it is half length, the wrong colours/hues, and evidently the wrong stitching. £20 I could live with it. £50, I might give it a miss.

Perhaps Elope, State-side, will come up with a better like-ness.

I bought an Elope Tom Baker scarf June/July time. It even stated it was half-length or short. It was £30 in a UK shop which I thought was not bad. Smaller than the Lovarzi one.

Still whilst I am unimpressed with this scarf I am looking forward to, and will get the McCoy items.

It doesnt look anything like the same quality as Tom’s at all…the wool doesn’t look anywhere near as thick and durable…..Ive seen better on ebay…. in fact that’s where i got my scarves.

The lady in question reproduced the scarves from all seasons I got two of tom’s original version in different lengths….
I was never keen on the burgundy scarf although it looks good in that still for Leisure Hive…

I dont know if the lady in question still sells

This scarf is half the length of the original. The series 18 scarf was 26 feet long. The specs on this one say 13 feet. I’ll keep my original series 18 scarf that was hand knitted thank you.
