Forbidden Planet New York Opens New Store

Forbidden Planet New York opens new store

Forbidden Planet (New York), the pop culture toy, collectables and comics retailer has opened a new store at 832 Broadway. (between 12th and 13th Streets).

For many years Forbidden Planet has been located at 840 Broadway but had outgrown the location some time ago, with thousands of new products now available.

The brand new new store boasts over 3400 square feet of retail space in the heart of Manhattan and over 56,000 different items for sale.

Forbidden Planet is a well known landmark near Union Square and the move takes it just 20 metres down the block ensuring its iconic presence in the area stays alive.

“The customer experience has been completely transformed.”
said Rich Bendall (CEO).

Bendall continued “We now have thousands more items for sale and a fantastic environment to provide the best in pop culture, fantasy merchandise and comics. This store will amaze fans and casual customers alike.”

Andy Oddie (Managing Director of Forbidden Planet International) added “We have very big plans for this flagship store and intend to open additional outlets in the U.S. in the near future.”

FPI ARE BETTER FOR BUYING THOSE ITEMS THAT YOUR FP STORE MAY HAVE STOPPED SELLING OR ITS THE END OF A PARTICULAR LINE.
