I created an account specifically to get the 4 TARDIS Console Sets Bundle plus a couple of other sets I was missing, tried to pay by PayPal no luck, Card no luck, just freezes up and won’t proceed any further. Tried phoning them no reply, sent email just had automated reply. Their website / customer service is appalling, I guess they just don’t want my money 🙁

October 28th, 2020 - 8:21pmWhat’s the best way to get these now? I want The Master and Jo Doctor but the double postage cost is annoying! Once they are available (not preorder) then will there just be one postage if I order both together – on eagle moss and FP? Thanks!

Any orders over £15.00 are automatically sent by DPD and for Two figures it’ll be £4.50.

October 28th, 2020 - 10:44amI got one of those ‘Upcoming Figures’ e-mails last week which included the Jo Martin Doctor as 188 but I just assumed that it was a mistake and that whichever part of EM prepares that didn’t know of the change Neil had communicated? But perhaps that e-mail *was* meant to signal she’s back to Issue 188, that never crossed my mind, I must admit.
