I wish a bigger version had been made.

To be honest, there’s not much of a scale difference. Going off the height scale in the Dangerous book of monsters and considering that the 12th Doctor figure is too tall and should be around Matts height, then (In my opinion) it’s only a tad smaller than the 5.5 action figures. It’s good for 99p. 🙂

I’ll never understand why people think the 5″ 12 Doctor figures are too tall.

I have some info for you.
Peter Capaldi is taller than Matt Smith in real life. Makes sense for the figure to reflect that fact.

      In short:
The height of the 12th Doctor figures is correct.

there are discrepancies across the range

David Tennant is taller than peter Capaldi but his figure is shorter.

99p. I really cannot believe i payed £6.99 at Toys R Us for that figure. 99p! In fact, it was the inly 3.75″ figure i did buy. Does anyone know if the others are to be reduced to 99p? Foretold,…. actually that was the only decent other figure. I dont really want several Amy Ponds as i have the original 5″ version.

Think i would rather have a Funko Pop! Figure than a (****) 3.75″. To be perfectly honest.

99p? wow. that is when you know the figure did bad. I just want them to release some new figures, but decent ones. The majority of what we received from the 3.75 inch wave has been re-releases and repaints. We also need more up to date figures with the series. For example, they gave us a DOTD Clara variant (sorry if the name of ep is wrong) but series 9 came out which was the perfect time to release a series 9 Clara, perhaps. I don’t even wan to talk about the 5 inch Ozwin repaint…
And what about a red velvet coat 12th Doctor? I’d thought we’d have one now.
Sorry if anyone feels differently but this is just my opinion on this.

Really thought this figure would’ve done better. It was one of the coolest monsters from series 8. Just goes to show how this range was a general flop

Also think it didn’t well because it was a re-release

At the moment, eaglemoss seems to have taken over from character options as the doctor who toy/figurine range manufacturer, eaglemoss is awesome but all a bit too random, character was very in tune with the latest series, WON’T they get a move on!, we haven’t had a toy from them in ages, cheapskates!

It isn’t just a case of ‘let’s make this figure’ it’s a case of
      1) Do people REALLY want that character?/Is it financial viable to make?
      2) Is the actor available for scanning/can we get a hold of the costumes?
      3) Are any distributors interested in such a product?
Only if they get a yes to all this, will it be made.

Agree with both of you, but especially The decider.
This is insane how long we’ve been waiting!
We’ve gotten an overpriced bunch of repaints and sonic screwdriver this year.
      That’s literally it.

True, Ingrid has said she’d love a figure making of her. Same with a few other New Who actors.
