Figurine Collection Regeneration Figurine Set A Closer Look
With Thanks to Eaglemoss
Announced some time ago we can now take a closer look at this Regeneration Figurine Set featuring the 4 most recent Doctors.
Aimed at the causal buyer or collector this set features…
- The 9th Doctor
- The 10th Doctor
- The 11th Doctor
- The 12th Doctor
The Doctors are all in a familiar pose taken from a particular episode such as the 11th Doctor for The Pandorica Opens.
The boxes with these sets are bigger than you might expect and very sturdy with a cut out window for display. The figures are held in place by a moulded overlay so no wires to remove. The magazine back is used as the backdrop.
This is the first of 2 other planned sets featuring all of The Doctors up to the 12th (Including The War Doctor).
The figures themselves are the same as the previous figurine collection releases. For those who may not be familiar with this range each figurine is produced in 1:21 scale (approximately 4 inches tall) and hand painted. The original run of 80 figurines has had several extensions and now stands at 180.
The magazine supplied is a full sized almost Bookazine with 50+ pages. It features in-depth articles on each Doctor in this set, behind the scenes photos. There are also articles on The Tardis and The Doctor Who Universe.

October 13th, 2017 - 4:07pmThese actually look really nice for anyone who doesn’t collect the main collection. They’ve clearly put effort into the boxes and magazines even if the figurines are just re-releases.
