July 3rd, 2021 - 11:53amCrosby, I’m so, so sorry you’re awaiting a replacement on a Rare Dalek.
Don’t they just want your subscription number?

July 2nd, 2021 - 10:49amRoyal mail dropped a large box. I was hoping it contained my regular monthlies including 200/201 but the two daleks were present and correct and a decent replacement cybermaster and another Bok for some reason. I will use that for customising and attempt the grey weathering.

June 30th, 2021 - 2:52pmAccording to the Eaglemoss shop both 198 & 199 are available to order now
Crosby
June 26th, 2021 - 11:41pmThe Werewolf actually rare dalek one was Supreme dalek from the daleks’ mastervplan rare dalek was dalek Sec the 2 bonus daleks was the silver dalek and the gold dalek with mega dalek 1 being the bronze dalek just saying
The Werewolf
June 27th, 2021 - 1:53amThe Master Plan Supreme Dalek is a Mark 3 Dalek by my reckoning. The Daleks in The Daleks are Mark 1. The Daleks in The Dalek Invasion of Earth are Mark 2, and the Daleks in all of the other 60s stories are Mark 3.

June 15th, 2021 - 4:41pmAnyone received issues 198 & 199 yet? Both appear as “currently unavailable” on the Forbidden Planet website.
Pj
June 15th, 2021 - 6:04pmNo not received also received e Mail saying issues 200 and 201 ready for dispatch
I wonder when we will get them
Alan Silvester
June 15th, 2021 - 9:44pmThanks, Pj – glad it’s not just me then. But makes it so hard to keep track of what they’ve taken money for and what they haven’t!

May 30th, 2021 - 3:30pmMy D/D for these 2 Daleks still hasn’t gone out

April 22nd, 2021 - 6:43pmThought is was the fully black dalek! 😀
Arcadia Resident
June 8th, 2021 - 5:15amWe have already had the total black dalek earlier in the collection.sd4 If I remember correctly.
The Werewolf
June 8th, 2021 - 9:03amRare Dalek 1 was the Mark 3 Black Dalek. The Mark 2 Black Dalek was one of the bonus Daleks, but I think the first one is the one you mean.
The Evil Dalek
April 22nd, 2021 - 1:16pmI wonder if this will reveal anything on the upcoming Evil of the Daleks & The Abominable Snowmen animation (which is basically confirmed at this point but still technically not) like The Chameleon issue did?
Anonymous
April 22nd, 2021 - 1:41pmThey have said they have no inside information about the animations, the last inclusion was an error confusing report with announcement.
The Evil Dalek
April 22nd, 2021 - 9:19pmYeah but considering that we have had rumours about it for months and we have had those animatics form Evil of the Daleks by someone who worked on The Faceless Ones animations which was said was for the BBC and was then suddenly Privatised
Anonymous
April 25th, 2021 - 12:44amThey’ve said the Chameleon issue was an error on their part, they don’t have any inside information and know no more than we do.

April 22nd, 2021 - 11:00amWhat’s the difference between this and the Emperor’s Guard Daleks? Are they same?
Judooning
April 22nd, 2021 - 1:14pmYes, it’s just an alternate name for them. In the episode, we’re they ever given an official name? I know in the parting of the ways they were never acknowledged by anyone in the episode.
John
April 22nd, 2021 - 2:06pmJudooning – I’m sure they are referred to as Black Dalek Leaders in the story.
Judooning
April 22nd, 2021 - 2:15pmAh, right. It’s a story I have yet to see. So in that case, the name “Emperor guard Dalek” the we often use is actually incorrect? Or has it just sort of evolved into that due to what they do in the episode?
Arcadia Resident
April 22nd, 2021 - 5:16amGreat I love Daleks but imagine if we was one issue later… We would have had 3 Daleks in a single delivery including the special Dalek for issue 200…..nice one
Bobby Davros
April 21st, 2021 - 10:48pmWasnt this one of the subscriber rare Daleks?
Alan Silvester
April 21st, 2021 - 11:04pmSimilar, yes. And this will make two Dalek issues one after another. Not very imaginative – probably a repaint. Eaglemoss seem to be losing interest and the delivery of issues is becoming more erratic.
Tom
April 21st, 2021 - 11:05pmThat was the damaged Asylum variant I believe
the ergon
April 21st, 2021 - 11:13pmHeres hoping for Damaged Dalek Thay for SD18 Subscription Dalek. (And there was much rejoicing).

April 22nd, 2021 - 1:01amSeems no matter what they do some people just complain.
Anonymous
April 22nd, 2021 - 8:37amI would get a damaged dalek they if they make one
Steve
April 24th, 2021 - 11:52pmNo it wasn’t
Neil
April 27th, 2021 - 1:46pmIt might look like it’s not imaginative, Mr Silvester, but issue 198 has the definitive bronze Dalek for the 21st century. And issue 199 has the final Dalek variant of the 1960s. One reason they’re released so close to 200 to show how important we think they are. If you can’t see the decisions being made that doesn’t mean lots of thought doesn’t go into them 🙂
Alan Silvester
April 30th, 2021 - 11:27amThank you for the clarity, Neil. Do you have any idea when issues 194 & 195 are going to be received by subscribers? I see 199 is going to be available from Forbidden Planet in 2 weeks time, so why are subscriber issues so far behind? They should be given priority, if nothing than for their loyalty to the collection.
The Werewolf
April 21st, 2021 - 9:41pmI really do like this Dalek but I wish it had been spaced a bit further apart. In the end it won’t matter where I suppose, but would be nicer with 1 Dalek and one other with each delivery rather than no Daleks, no Daleks, 2 Daleks. Still hoping for a few more Daleks though they are some of the best in the Collection.
Doctor Stu
April 21st, 2021 - 9:25pmI don’t usually care for most of the classic Daleks usually but this Dalek looks brilliant. Looks a little bit like if New Who tried to do a classic Dalek. Lovely crisp black helmet and the blue and silver. And the cover looks really nice
Sons of Skaro
April 21st, 2021 - 8:36pmNoice! Can never have enough Daleks.
the ergon
April 21st, 2021 - 8:49pmI like a dalek as much as anyone and classics i prefer over the new ones but 2 daleks in two issues. I want more unreleased monsters from 201 onwards please. Unless of course there are plans to get more out separately in some way before ‘The final End’.
