The Sixth Doctor’s original companion was Peri Brown. An American college student who joined the Fifth Doctor after a disastrous holiday in Lanzarote, she had a much more fractious relationship with his successor – though in time, she saw through his boastful exterior.

November 8th, 2021 - 5:47pmMy set has been delivered today. Think I’ve got a special limited edition set!
6th and Peri are disguised as each other dressed in each other’s clothes. Can’t actually remember scene in the story but must have taken place………..
Whoops silly me – Just realised Eaglemoss have put the wrong labels on the bases! So much for Quality Control! Plus Peri’s hairline is poorly painted at the sides to her face as well!
Another phone call to Customer Services to arrange replacement.

November 8th, 2021 - 7:36pmMine was the same Anon. It doesn,t bother everybody, in fact i,ve seen some poorly painted and the person who have recieved these have been more than happy. It could be that you get a replacement which was worse than the one before and now they want to have recieved them their end before they process another to be sent out. Its swings and roundabouts. I,ve asked for a replacement, so we,ll see what turns up in its place.

November 6th, 2021 - 2:33amHad email Friday 5 November 2021 that my eaglemoss parcel will be delivered on Monday 8th November just checked this is now add to basket so I’m thinking it’s this set don’t think it’ll be a main range parcel as their delivered by royal mail

November 6th, 2021 - 11:36amThe paintwork on the clothes is fine but peris hair hasnt been painted to her face which makes it look like she has 2 tone hair. Im going to ask for replacement. Colin doesnt look like colin much either.

August 21st, 2021 - 10:54amThe third doctor set didn,t come without its paint app problems. I had at least 5 sets sent to pick between the less of five evils. There were a fair few dodgy Brigs, Bentons and Jos i can tell you.

August 20th, 2021 - 11:04pmYes garrett. I was in love from the moment she spoke her first word ‘hi’. Everyone fancied peri but she attracted them all. Pretty boy luke ward, jamie, the borad, mr.jobel et all and who knew she had a thing for shouty bearded warlords. I was gutted when they killed her off even nore so that she ended up with a brian blessed lookalike.

The bad boy always looked like he wasn,t that interested but i reckon he,d have jumped in there if he,d been imprisoned with just her and her charms.

I too was aghast at mindwarp I’d a bad feeling for months before, about 6 months previous JNT in DWM called Peri’s exit ‘poignant ‘ then a news round up in Starburst for the new season posed the question ‘will Peri be one of the few companions to die during the course of the action’ and a newspaper mentioned in the new season ‘Peri will vanish forever’ so I was worried she’d be shot saving The Doctor or something but I couldn’t believe they’d kill her off not Peri not really I thought I was letting my imagination run away, but after Trial 7/ Mindwarp 3 when she did get shot I had to check radio times to see was she in the next episode & it posed the quandary ‘crozier needs to find Kiv a new body, whose will it be?’ Well I put 2 +2 together and was in a mess when I watched it that Saturday, it left scars I tell you!

Shame he didn,t have more costume changes. And oh how i had such a major crush on peri in my teens. She was absoleutly gorgeous in the Two Doctors. No wonder Jamie wasnt going to leave without that Kiss he was denied by Anita. Two figurines i,ve been expecting for ages. Mel or clara next would be great.
