Companion Set #9 8th Doctor / Time Controller Dalek
From the world of Big Finish Audio adventures, this fantastic trio brings together the Eighth Doctor (Paul McGann), Lucie Miller (Sheridan Smith) and the incredible Time Controller Dalek. Lucie Miller was first introduced in the Big Finish drama “Blood of the Daleks” and became a cannon after the anniversary Doctor-Who mini-episode “The Night of the Doctor”. The design of the Time-Controller Dalek was first conceived by Brian Williamson and visualised by Alex Mallinson on the cover in 2011.
The Eighth Doctor, Lucie Miller & Dalek Time Controller Figurine Set captures the characters as they appear in the Big Finish Audio Adventures. The Eighth Doctor is portrayed in the costume he wore in the 1996 TV movie holding his sonic screwdriver. Lucie Miller’s figurine and Time Controller Dalek are based on her appearance on the cover of Big Finish’s “To The Death” adventure.

It would be lovely if through big finish they could do Torchwood characters (Gwen & Martha like their upcoming BF story together) or important BF characters like Bernice Summerfield or River Song, Kate & Osgood. I wonder if we’ll get other big finish creatures too, not just the daleks

The dalek looks fantastic, is it the ‘Eternity Circle Time Controller dalek.
Well done Eaglemoss, I’m really looking forward to all these releases in 2020

December 30th, 2019 - 11:00pmI Wasn,t going to venture down this Big Finish Route, but i have all Eighth and lucie Cds, so i would be doing myself a disservice if i didn,t acquire this. I don,t know how other people feel about buying something they might not have heard of, but if youre the type that collects everything then hey, no problem. Will they doing the early Big Finish stuff, i have mainly up to the first 100. I don,t buy many of the new spin offs. They could do jago and Litefoot or even The paternoster Gang if they like.

Swapping the silver for gold, making the slats purple instead of matching the secondary silver – it looks real odd?
Also, the spheres I thought where supposed to be black too to better contrast the base?
The sculpt is perfect though, just the livery that seems weird to me.
The Doctor and Lucie look great though!
