Andy said there’s around 300 copies of the standard edition, I could not see a limited edition number on the standard edition myself. However in for a penny in for a pound I bought the standard edition also.

Thanks Coleman, it is the most money I have ever paid for a book, but I could not pass up this chance of owning this esqusit work of art, I do own a pair of white gloves, so not to spoil te book. Wondering if there’s any products that can protect the book so I can put it on display.

Hope it’s okay to mention. peckoverdrive on EBay makes Slip cases for books you with to keep safe.

I bought a few over the years . Makes them for the internal dimension you need. Although some regular sized ones are usually available sooner.

Thank you Bryan, that’s great advise and much appreciated. Thank you again Coleman, that makes two us in regard to books, just thought this was something special. Mostly like DVD and Blu rays and VHS tapes, bu I do not have any Philips discs or an vinyl lps, but then if your collecting Harrop figures, Big Chief, Eaglemoss etc, then my money runs out quicker than a blink of an eye.
I would like to say if you do not mind people like yourself that are gifted with model figures produce some brilliant pieces.

It is alot of money, but with the artists best work displayed in the best possible way within this silver edition, it’s something I will treasure and I went ahead and purchased the deluxe edition.

I don’t think you’ll regret it, any collectible that has a very low edition like this usually just goes up and up in Value.
You might never want to sell it but if you do you won’t loose anything.

I’m not a big book buyer myself just buy the odd one or two, I usually buy DVDs or Blu rays.
Hopefully someone on here will read this and help you.
I know people have mentioned on here about individual plastic sleeves to protect Blu rays so I’m sure they’ll be something similar to display books while protecting them.
