Eaglemoss Doctor Who Slitheen Figurine Preview
Eaglemoss Doctor Who Figurine Collection previews
This is the first outsize figurine due early 2014. It’s a first pass 3D render and there have been only minor tweaks to this.
Unpainted and early unfinished preview samples of upcoming figures.
Doctor Who Figurine Collectors Polls
Below are several polls for you to vote for the most wanted companions and classic figures you would like to see included in the range.
If you see anything missing please leave a comment so we can amend the list
We have not covered Dalek or Cyberman variants unless they are one off’s and excluded minor characters.
We have also included figures that have already been listed as possible.
We may look at 2005+ figures later.
We will of course pass the results on to Eaglemoss.

October 11th, 2013 - 1:36pmEaglemoss can we get a yeti included in next Februarys schedule to coincide with the release of the dvd of web of fear please ?????
Anonymous
October 11th, 2013 - 2:50pmI guess it is possible, it would be quite a squeeze, but not impossible. Given the release schedules for other magazines the second special issue will be due in the first week of Feburary, so it would be a bit early, but they could fit it in if they wanted.
However, they seem to be set on Omega being the first classic figure, so that would suggest the second special will be new series (and given other magazines it will be one of the ones in the questionnaire as well so either a Slitheen or the Face of Boe).
So they could do it but won’t.

Trenzalore
October 10th, 2013 - 11:52amJust got issue 4 and 5 along with the plinth, both figures are great, no paint splodges, the plinth is made out of the same stuff as the figures, I thought it would be different. It’s quite heavy!

October 10th, 2013 - 9:40pmGetting the mags in the binder is bit of a faff, and the last few will be hard work. That said, once they are in they won’t be falling out again
Trenzalore
October 11th, 2013 - 2:49pmI find it quite easy once you know what you’ve got to do, just pull out one of the pegs when putting a new one in.

October 10th, 2013 - 11:40amJust had the Weeping Angel and Silurian figures arrive, along with the very heavy stand. I am very pleased I have continued with this collection as all are excellent, even the content of the magazines are getting better (not that they were bad anyway)

October 9th, 2013 - 10:17pmWow, these look great! Love the Cyberman

Sam Bentley
October 9th, 2013 - 9:35pmGood on Tom, he appears to have lost quite a bit of weight for these figures! Even for back in the day! Oh well, it is still an awesome sculpt – wouldn’t you agree?
booboo
October 9th, 2013 - 9:37pmclassic pose, looks excellent so far.
Sam Bentley
October 9th, 2013 - 10:41pmIt does, doesn’t it? But I think you have to admit he looks a little slimmer than he should. Not that it matters of course!
Dominic Kane
October 9th, 2013 - 9:30pmsory of think it should say Amy Pond but yeah the cyberman looks great btw 🙂

October 9th, 2013 - 7:13pmI believe its resin, but I may be wrong
Trenzalore
October 9th, 2013 - 7:20pmThanks 🙂
Explosive Cookie
October 9th, 2013 - 7:40pmMetallic like resin, says so on the backing boards of issues 1 and 2.
Moodbeam
October 9th, 2013 - 7:02pmThe important thing is that Tom actually looks like Tom. Lets hope the paint work is just as good as the sculpt. So glad I started this collection even if I was little let down by issue one (I actually went into Smiths and bought a second copy of issue one because the Matt figure I received in the post had such a poor paint job).
Callum Metcalfe
October 9th, 2013 - 6:50pmI think it will be Pertwee or Eccleston the next doctor after Tennant and Tom
Anonymous
October 9th, 2013 - 8:15pmEccelston has been confirmed as the next Doctor after Tom Baker (after that the planned line-up although not absolutely set in stone yet is Capaldi, Hurt, Davison, Pertwee, McCoy, Hartnell then Troughton, Colin Baker and McGann will follow).
Tardis’nt
October 9th, 2013 - 6:44pmI guess some might use the cyberman instead of paying loads on ebay for a 3.75″ one
WouldYouLikeAJellyBaby
October 9th, 2013 - 6:34pmLooking great are we Subscribers supposed to be receiving Issues 4 and 5 tomorrow?

KNs47
October 9th, 2013 - 5:57pmThe cynic in me is saying we’re seeing an unpainted Tom because the paint jobs were so variable on the Issue 1 Matt figurine, hope not, and hope that quality drop off is fixed before we see DT in a few issues time.
THE ENIGMATIC WATCHER
October 9th, 2013 - 5:57pmThese look great! Glad I decided to start collecting them.
Doctor Stu
October 9th, 2013 - 5:44pmCyberman is awesome
Trenzalore
October 9th, 2013 - 5:39pmThe fourth doctor looks a little thin, and I like the cyberman, looks better than the 3.75″ one
That Random Whovian
October 9th, 2013 - 5:52pmI’d say the 3.75″ is the better of the two. Just my opinion 🙂
booboo
October 9th, 2013 - 5:54pmhow can you tell. its not finished?
Trenzalore
October 9th, 2013 - 6:00pmWell I just think it looks better how it is now than the 3.75″ which means it probably will look even better if it’s not even finished.
Dalek Smith
October 9th, 2013 - 5:37pmlike that tom baker i’ll probably get that one
