They are simply doing the figurines that had passed the prototype stage and had all the relevant permissions for likeness by the BBC, actors or their estates when Eaglemoss went bust.
We’ll only get about 12 new figurines if that. And 2 new Paradigm daleks (red and blue colour from Victory of the Daleks).

July 2nd, 2025 - 10:40amIt’s been well documented by those in charge of the range on the Eaglemoss DW Figurine collection facebook page after they went bust. The editors let us know where figurines 219 to 250 were up to in terms of production/ permissions etc before Sci-fi bought the factories remaining stock then did a deal with MR to continue.
Neil Correy’s book on the full range also covered all of this.
Unless Sci-fi Collector has gone out to get the remaining permissions and MR has also made new prototypes for the rest we won’t be seeing all of them up to 250.

Scifi did also say there would be a continuation of the range which would cover not just figurines but also ships and vehicles. These announcements were made way back in the autumn of 2023. That has given them over a year and a half to seek out permissions and from various estates.

I think there’s a Good chance the Eaglemoss Line will Continue and as you say M/R will make New Prototypes and get the Relevant Permissions etc. It’s only the same as M/R as done with the Big Chief 1:6 Scale Figurines. It looks like there Going to Finish off that line by Making the Remaining Doctors, Etc.
